As it I see , there are 2 possibilities, with innumerable sub possibilities:

1. They kiss.

2. The don't kiss because :

(a) Gibbs' phone rings;

(b) Her phone rings

(c) Someone walks in (i) Tony (ii) Ziva (iii) Ducky (iv) Abby (v) McGee (vi) Fornell (vii) someone new;

(d) A sniper shoots at them through the window (seemingly the preferred option for many people!)

(e) The house blows up

(f) Marines storm the house.

.

Any other thoughts?

You mean for the kiss after they make love? Probably McGee phone ring to ensure he's all well (lol)

Or he stuffs her body in the secret passage that leads out of his basement--and we never see her again.While I don't dislike her as much as some people....I'd rather she disappeared.And the series final episode (set some decades in the future) we see the secret passageway (and body) being discovered,

Oh, yeah, here's something we haven't seen before...older weatheredguy, sexy younger chick. Where do they come up with these groundbreaking ideas...

(What happened to Hollis?Accomplished woman, strong without being bitchy, beautiful...and his age-ish!)

Let's hope the writers come up with something better for Gibbs than this.

Ido not get all the furor over this. Gibbs is not one to be led around by his ****. He is obviously playing her to find out what the heck she is up to. I think it might be very interesting to see Gibbs use some charm and ruthlessness to stop her and Bell whatever they are up to. I have no thought that this is going to be a "real" romance. I don't like her either, but the story could be interesting. If we don't like her we won't feel sorry for her like many did for Jeanne.

I thought she answered the question about how she was connected to Bell. I think that Gibbs and her are going to get together, he obviously had feelings for her the moment he met her. I really wish she would stop saying "Mr. Gibbs". it's almost as obnoxious as the "probie"thing. I think we're going to find out her background after things get real heated and I'm thinking that is what SB was referring to as a big moment in NCIS history. I'm really hoping that Gibbs is that smart but the fact that he has has sooooo many women issues that might be his weakness and who ever is using the lawyer knows that's Gibbs weakness is a tough women. I'm hoping I'm not right but I really believe that Gibbs is genuinly falling for her. I hope not because I don't like her at all. I feel that SB wants everybody to think it's Bell because they have mentioned him a few times and they made a point of having Gibbs see a picture of the two together. I sure hope your right and the story is interesting. It fell a little flat for me in the last episode.

The fact the she was snooping around Gibbs' desk indicates to me that she doesn't have very good intentions. I hope Gibbs can see this.

I'm starting to think we are indeed supposed to dislike her, and she'll be a full-on villain.
