The Young and the Restless

Today Sharon, Jack and Ashley are all at Brad's house and they are trying to figure out why Adam would choose to hurt Ashley. They realise that by that Adam was trying to get to Victor and Jack but they still don't know why he would choose to use a gynocologist. Then Sharon says that maybe it has something to to with the baby, and she remembers that when she was in labor Dr. Taylor came and before passing out se heard a baby scream. She thinks that it was Faith, Ashley's baby down the hall.

They still have no idea about the magnitude of the situation, but how could they, since it's just to unbelievable?But they are finally starting to put the pieces together. This is the first time they are talking about the night Faith was born and how Dr. Taylor was there for both women.Ashley still has to remember that she never gave birth, though, and when that happens they will realise that no birth means no baby, so where does that leave Faith? Let's all hope it happens sooner rather then later.

I am relieved that they are coming close to figuring out what happened. However, I don't think that Ashley would necessarily remember that she did not give birth. I have heard that hysterical pregnancies can result in actual labor and simulated birthing. I keep wondering when Sharon will remember the plane going down and Adam holding up a sign saying "your baby is alive!" Sooner or later, that could pop up in her memory banks!

At least they are getting somewhere by discussing the fact that Sharon's baby is still alive. The more they keep discussing the events of that night the more the pieces will come together. Idon'tknow why Adam just doesn't confess-especiallyafter seeing how muchhis plan is unraveling infront of him. Is hegoing to wait for the police to put the handcuffson? He will probably leave GC after today...no Sharon, no realjob, definitely no real support from his famiy. There is nothing keeping him there but trouble.Ashley is going to have to be committed when she finds out that Faith is really Sharon's

I'm with you! I can't believe Adam did not come clean with Sharon, but wasn't surprised that he remains the low-life that he is by not telling her the truth! Now I'm reading that some think he has recently donated his kidney to the mystery man which seems to be a redeeming quality. In addition, many think that he will escape the forthcoming "intervention" by leaving town. I guess that is when his one "good deed" will be revealed and Sharon will defend him. After all, hasn't she been reluctant to be part of the big plan even though she knows Adam is nothing but a sorry deceitful liar!???

I suspect too that it will be a long time before the Newman Clan will find out that Faith is really Sharon and Nick's baby. But don't be surprised if the writers don't take liberty with Ashley's commitment once she finds out she has NO BABY! I can see it now.....Ashley becomes Emily's room mate who tries to convince her that Patty has taken her place. Who's going to believe either one? And yet.....I can't wait until the Emily~Patty S/L is shut down. It was sure pathetic that the writers had to abuse their freedom in giving us such stupid and unbelievable switch for all the reasons pointed out so well.

Geez.....I would have loved to see Diane stay on the show with Kyle than keeping the Emily~Patty story alive.

I feel sorry for Ashley when shediscovers that her baby is dead and that Faith is really Sharon's. I hope that when Sharon and Ashley find out the truth about Faith, that they will be more angry with Adam and not argue with each other. I also hope that Sharon will always let Ashley have a place in Faith's life. I think Sharon will at least be relieved to know that Faith was in good hands with Ashley.

I agree that Nick & Sharon have some things to work out. But I think at some point in time Sharon and Ahsley need to sit down and have a talk WAAYY before Sharon and Nick do!

I too was wondering about that. especially when she flew again with Adumb for the honeymoon, She really must be dense. lol

This whole thing is a total shock to everyone and everybody's on edge. It will take time for everyone to adjust to this revelation. This would be a good time for Tracy to come to town and console Ashley. First Tracy looses Colleen and now Ashley looses Faith and has to come to terms with the fact that she miscarried a baby whom she never had the chance to know.

Wow. Just….wow - now that Victoria has or will be arrested for Adam's murder - I think she better find another Lawyer in town besides Michael - Because he's just a little busy right now (Ya think?)

1 more thing… Will Rafe defend her - against who - Heather - they were all 3 together @ the cabin that night - how is that gonna play out in court! Um yeah well you see your honor Adam (a/k/a the victim) was my ex boyfriend and he cheated on me with the public defender over here and so now we are both here to defend this woman who did only what we thought about doing! But I’m the prosecutor and I wanted her to do it but not I have to actually put her on trial because it’s my job.
