I think that there has to be several requirements for the Best Bad Guy. Of course one of them has to be that he keeps reappearing in episode after episode. Another has to be that he is the ultimate antagoist in the story. Lastly I believe that the bad guy has to have a relationship with the protagonist of the story that evolves on a personal level. Keeping all these things in mind I believe only one guy fits all three. That guy is Ron Saris.

I think the Cruz brothers tied for best bad guy. with Ron coming in a very close second.and, although I detest Ryan, I thought that guy that kidnapped and tortured him was right up there for honourable mention.

See, I look at the best bad guy as someone who can hurt another, do unthinkable things to them, and have no remorse or feelings about it. The person could be a repeat criminal without having a repeat role on the show. That is why I picked the perv, make me want to gag, tear his flesh from his skin guy from "Broken". I also have to say, the man who killed the retarded man on an episode (sorry, can't think of name right now) REALLY made me mad too. Hurting kids, special needs people, and animals always seems to bother me a little more because I feel they are even more innocent victims.

Best bad guy by definition would have to be Henry Darius (no remorse); next would be Ron Saris (evil, personally connected to H). The mentally challenged guy was Eugene ("pardner); but I forget the bad guys name (Eugene kept saying it was ???, but it was actuallly the name of the guys sneakers; and that was all Eugene could see from his hiding place. Can't remember)

The sneaks were Coltons and the episode was "Witness to Murder." Don't know the bad guy's name either though.

I remembered Colton earlier today. IMO that was one of the finer H episodes. Loved the way he listened to Eugene; and honored him.

I wanted to beat that guys a ss myself when he said he was a retard and did him a favor.

Since I don't get so heavily involved in this,and I'm a long way behind in episodes and haven't seen all what is happening with Ron/Julia/Kyle or The Russian Mob etc - I will have to say Clavo Cruz was the best bad guy.

He is the only one that sticks in my mind. He was so cocky and a real smart-alec, and he thought he could get away with anything. I loved it when Horatio revealed that his Mother had had an affair and that his diplomatic father wasn't really his Dad and he didn't actually have immunity. Classic scene. Top points to his 'Dad' for handing him over to Horatio.

What season are you on? Now have you not seen any of season 7?

I'm leaning more toeward Ron Saris now. He reminds me of some evil used car salesman, ICK.

I agree ron is the worst.

He married Horatio 's ex? can yuo believe that?

it was funny though when Horatio blew up his yaht and Ron's face got disfigured!

Yes, great cliff hanger. I just knew Ron escaped though, you knew that H knew he wasn't killed for sure too. Did you think Ron got killed, or he had escaped?

Oh I think when they stated they didn't find a body we knew he'd be back some day.

Bringing this forward for the newbies to add to, and so the next season of bad guys can get a mention too.
