MUSIC MOGUL SEAN COMBS HITS THE BEACH TO MAKE A SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCE ON HAWAII FIVE-0!

Multi-talented musician/actor/entrepreneur Sean Combs ('Get Him to the Greek') will guest star in an upcoming episode of HAWAII FIVE-0. The episode is currently slated to air this spring on the CBS Television Network.

Combs guest stars as NYPD Detective Reggie Williams, who hunts the streets of Honolulu for the men responsible for a crime against his family, but his one-man war for justice sets this fellow cop on a collision course with Five-0.

To prepare for his first action role, Combs will undergo weapons instruction and training with a Navy S.E.A.L. Several of his biggest hit songs will also be featured throughout the episode. Combs' other acting credits include critically acclaimed roles in "Get Him to the Greek," "Monster's Ball" and an Emmy-nominated performance in "A Raisin in the Sun."

That's like the time when Soldier Of Fortune was doing good and Dennis Rodman came in to messed up everything. Special Ops Force? ghey.

Ugh. Oh, wait- "later this spring" - maybe it's some sort of April Fool's joke?

Would rather CBS have a crossover with NCIS since there are lots of sailors and marines in Hawaii. Is Hawaii 5-0 in trouble with ratings? Is this why they are having such a controversial guest star?

Gotta admit, I'm a little disappointed with all this stunt casting. I think it's going to start driving people away rather than making them curious or excited to watch the show.

You know I liked D.L. Hughley as the wise talking prison inmate in the one episode earlier this year it worked, but Sean Combs as a cop get real, wasn't he in a shootout with the cops at one point??

The only good news is that even when the show has guest stars that CBS is hyping like JoJo in Sunday nights episode, they do seem to keep them in limited supporting roles with to one or two scenes at the most and let real actors (Balthazar Getty, Will Yun Lee, Norman Reedus,James Marsters, etc.) do most the heavy lifting as the bad guys in the episodes.

Everyone wants to be on a winning show! Actors/musicians currently out of the limelight are probably begging and pleading to do something/anything on H50! Like you say, Di, as long as they're kept to minimal roles, but NYPD, with the same last name as Danny? Lost me, there.

hmm...I don't know if I buy him as a cop....

...and seriously... P. Diddy?!?!? Is there no one else that could possibly play this role???Com'on!! And he isn't just another guest star like JoJo, he's playing a big role in this episode, hopefully he isn't too terribly annoying.

H50 is a great show and the cast is very talented!

I guess I'm indifferent, since he'll only be in one episode, it's not like they're adding him as a permanent cast member. I think it will be rather interesting actually. I'm also kind of interested to see what songs of his they choose to put in the episodes haha.

I think will be interesting to have him on the show, it is a guest star, why people are complaining????
