Right at this moment i am so mad i can bite off the heads of 20 Rattler's. 
Not my Season 1 nor Season 2 have any commentarys. I checkd the episodes you mentioned - NOTHING. I bought S1 and 2 at a reputable CD store in my country. 3,4 and 5 i ordered via Amazon and CBS direct. They are all OK with special features and commentaries. When i bought 1 and 2 i was still new (only woke up 4 yrs ago ! ) to NCIS and had no idea what should be on there or not. I cannot believe it. Had you not said anything i would never have known. I can only think they were cut in my country without the special features. I am seriously considering contacting them and tell them i want the originals with the commentaries. The sticker tab on the box shows it is from one of our major cinema distributors. I am furious !! and thanks for the heads up
