Don't get me wrong.I love Sara Rue on Less Than Perfect but I don't think Stephanie character is fit on The Big Bang Theory Show. It is more like lust instead of 'love'. Leslie Winkle is better on it.However, I love the scene when Penny feel uneasy when Sheldon tried to make Leonard-Stephanie work.

Do I want to see more Sara Rue? Heck yeah she is awesome, give her a role on every CBS show so that I never need to change the channel again. I agree with most of your earlier postings in that I'm not sure why Less Than Perfect was ever taken off the air.

I don't like Sara Rue's character, and honestly, I'm not a fan of Sara Rue. I, like someone else already said, did not see any chemistry between Leonard and Dr. Stephanie. Also, the show made her appear so very desperate. I didn't like that AT ALL. I mean, she's a pretty, professional woman. Why must she settle for sex with a man who doesn't want her? I mean, really? Come on!

P.S. Leslie Winkle was SO MUCH BETTER for this type of thing. Get another girl like her!P.P.S. Dr. Stephanie silenced Sheldon. A little funny, yes, but no one should silence Sheldon! He's one of the two superheroes of the show. He's SHELDON, enough said.

The people that like this character can't be watching the same show. Dr. Stephanie takes away from the show. I want her gone as soon as possible. I never even heard of the other show someone said that she was in.

I LOVE SARA RUE. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED WHEN LESS THAN PERFECT WAS CANCELLED. I THINK THEY NEED TO KEEP HER AND DEVELOP HER CHARACTER MORE. SHE IS A VERY FUNNY ACTRESS AND I THINK SHE CAN ADD SO MUCH TO THIS SHOW. I WOULDN'T CARE IF SARA GILBERT WAS WRITTEN OUT I DON'T THINK SHE ADDS MUCH TO THE SHOW.

Fuzzyboots wrote: Don't really like her - she's not interesting or believable as someone that Leonard would be attracted to. Leslie Winkle is more believable, as is Penny. I don't see any sparks between her and Leonard either. The whole episode, I kept asking myself, "what would he see in that????"Sara was much better as Berta's loose daughter on 2 1/2 men - intentionally or not, she comes across as a dim bulb with no ambition and no interests. Casting her as a doctor is a real stretch. I agree with Fuzzyboots, I don’t like Dr. Stephanie's character at all. I want Leonard and Penny to get together SO BAD. It would, however, be funny if Sheldon stole Stephanie the way he stole Raj's date. I don’t know about Sara Rue, the person or the actress, but Dr. Stephanie is not good enough for sweet little Leonard. I guess the powers-that-be can't be convinced, it sounds like she's already under contract, drat. Do the producers read these discussions? As far as Leslie Winkle goes, well Gilbert and Galecki always had such outstanding chemistry on Rosanne together as kids, that I just naturally love them as a combative couple on Big Bang. Those two actors should always be thrown together like Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan.So how do I justify loving Penny and Leslie? I haven't figured that one out yet, all I know is I want Leonard and Penny to end up together happily ever after. Dr. Stephanie can just go away.

I don't think Less Than Perfect was ever really given a chance.I know it was moved around several times.(I missed a couple episodes because of this) That show was so funny !!! I'm glad to see that some of the actors from the show have gotten other gigs.Where the hell has Andy Dick been??? He's way too funny not to be on a show.

I was really pissed when they canceled Less Than Perfect.Especially when all these "Reality Shows" stay on the air.God forbid we could keep something on the air that was actually funny!!! I actually like Leslie (Sara) as a recurring character. I think it would be cool to have Sheldon & Leslie "Hook Up" a few seasons down the road.It would make for some interesting lines especially since they detest each other.

I'm sure Sara Rue is a charismatic actress. But I vote for no more Dr. Stephanie Barnett because in her episodes, Raj and Howard pretty much disappeared. I think it's okay for the show to have a prominent guest stars occasionally. But in those episodes (with Laurie Metcalf, and most recently Michael Trucco), Howard and Raj have basically become background characters. Plus, both David Underhill and Stephanie took Leonard away from the main group. It's the chemistry of all five major characters that makes me love this show. If they could incorporate Dr. Stephanie in somehow without taking away screentime and storylines from the other characters, then I'm more open to it. Otherwise, no.
