I think that Andrew and Lori should have won hands down. He is so great, well trained, obedient and so lovable. Laurie can be kind of a B*** but I don't think it should have been a deciding factor on who won. I think it was based on personality and they liked Travis better so he won. I feel Andrew was cheated out of his title.

It has always been about what the judges personally think and like. GAD has very little to do with training and what not, or the scouts would have sought out national obediance, frisbee, agility, whatever winners and would of had non-celebrity, actually know what I'm doing judges.-The show said that all 12 dogs picked had to know a minimun amount of tricks, but that's it. Everyone on the show was picked for personality, so that they could have a "good" reality show. -One the subject of media portrayals...-Did you also realize that 5 out of 6 the women picked are standardly young, slender and relatively fashionable? I'm not saying that Laurie isn't an attractive women or whatnot, but she, like most women, isn't the media's standard portrayal of women.

I think your right Andrew should've won America's Greatest Stuffed Dog. OOps Come on that dog's only talent was sitting and not moving . That is NOT a talent worthy of having that title. He should've hit the bricks in week 3 if it hadn't been for Laurie's backstabbing and lieing. She should've been on Survivor not this show . Was there anyone she didn't throw under the bus? Plus Andrew failed the final challenge badly. She held him so he could cross the swaying beam, she picked him up and set him on the the jump blocks. To my amazement NOTHING was said by the judges about it even though Victoria's face gave it away. She then lied about him not having separation anxiety. I loved the look on all the other competetors faces on that one. She then even tried to back stab Travis with the Newlywed comment hoping it would sway the judges opinion. No the right dog won the final comp. Thank God ,because now I won't have to replace my TV as if I wouldn't have put my foot through it if she and Andrew won my wife would have.

That wasn't the first time Laurie gave Andrew a little help. What about the hoops that Andrew and Bella Starlet had to jump through? Bella Starlet jumped right through but "Andrew wasn't used to a closed hoop" even though the hoop wasn't closed so she ripped it more. That gave Andrew an unfair advantage and the male judge picked up on it but then that was the week she ratted Elvis out for biting to save herself. I just think JD & Galaxy should have been in the top two. I still wanted Presley to win and rooted for him all the way with Bill & Star behind but, in the end, Galaxy had way more personality than Andrew and certainly made bonds with the other owners. My favorite team won but I certainly don't think looks had a thing to do with it.

I think the right dog won. I couldn't be happier with the way the show turned out.

Are you kidding!!! JD and Galaxy should have won!!! She was the smartest and best trained dog there!!! She wasn't a puppy either!! Being 9 years old and able to do what she does and even coming back from an injury!!! She was robbed! She deserved that Trophy!!! If she had won, being a mixed breed also would have been something! Especially when alot of Anmail Shelters are filled with mixed breed dogs!!! Judges and CBS you should have had a heart!!!! Galaxy by far is the Greatest American Dog!

The problem with Galaxy is that she had no personality. She WAS a robot dog like the judges said. Presley certainly has personality. I 100% agree with the judges. I was concerned Andrew would win, but was SO glad to find out it was Presley!!

Just because Galaxy wasn't bouncing off the walls does not make her a robot! She is a mature balanced dog who only wants to please her owner.

Actually, I'm guessing you have never seen a guide work. It's really a partnership between the visually impaired person and the dog. The person asks the dog to do something, and he chooses to obey or not to depending on the situation. Guides and their partners have a relationship unlike any I've ever seen. They're far from robots.

I do like obedient dogs. Galaxy is very well-trained, and JD has done a lot of work with her! I just don't see anything but a dog who 'sit's 'stay's and lies down.

Guide dogs are the best but anyone who has been around dogs as much as I have can see what a special dog Galaxy is. I am sure she can do anything she is trained to do. Just like guide dogs!

You mean you missed her playing with frisbees and other toys I think maybe you have her confused with Andrew the stuffed dog toy that only sat real well and searched for Laurie when she was out of sight.
