Guiding Light

I think the show needs a big boost. One would be Johnathan coming back, the really big boost would be for Philip Spaudling to come back and take advantage of Alan's amnesia. And if that all happened, Grady being out of the picture would make the ratings soar. This is Philip's big chance to return with Alan indisposed with no memories.

Jody, I wish all of them would come back too, but GL would need to bring back a few truckloads of cash with them. They sign Kane Manera to a long term contract but not Maeve, Kurt or Liz? What kind of IDIOTS run this show!?

P&G..they own ATWT too which has same issues,,disappearing characters..off screen characters,,holes in plot..ppl are at home next scene in another state...we calling it transporting..we could boycott their products...They must be doing well cause they sure don't care about the actual shows,,just the advertising revenue returns...seems they should want these shows to shine..more happy fans will watch..they should know alot watch online and FF alot......

I think the next step for soaps will be Online Viewing for a fee. So much for the boycott idea though, I'm eating a bowl of pringles right now.

They own pringles???Gotta get a list of their products outta curiosity......as for online viewing fee...it'll never happen..is why Hollywood Video is almost out of business and think Circuit City is buying Blockbuster...they know we have ways...THANK YOU UTUBE......to watch movies, shows and concerts for free online....always a way to get around things..Netflix has actually dropped their monthly fee to like 6 or 7 bucks...so ..plus alot of older ppl watch soaps and don't use computers much if at all.....

I'd love for Philip to come back. Jonathan may not return. But I'll be watching him on CSI Miami Monday night 11/3/08. I try to catch him on any episode I can. So sad what's happened to GL. I find myself just going numb and not really listening or absorbing what's happening. Or I'll just focus on Cassie's growing pregnancy bump, or the flaws in their outfits, or how stupid Cyrus is to drop his safe picking tools and just leave them behind. He wanted to get caught on purpose so Cassie wouldn't like him anymore. Men do dumb crap like that when they are wimps about breaking up with women. Disappoint us and we'll be sure to dump them.

Don't know what to do about the P&G list. There are way too many items on that list that I use. I guess I'm a hostage to P&G. Maybe I can wean myself off of it. Might take a while. I'm sure they make the store brand products too....so it's a no win situation.
