Would you like to see any pairings, who & why? Or not at all!Personally I wouldn't want to see any pairings at all, I think it would spoil the teams dynamics -I can't see Hotch getting romantically involved with a team member.I don't mind so much if it's fan fiction but not cannon

Only Morgan and Garcia...it won't change the dynamics because they practically behave like a couple anyway.It's normal for ppl to have relationships so not having them have any would be strange...I'd like the others to find someone outside of the BAU though, like JJ has.I didn't like Lila at all (Reids romantic interest)...she was really vacant. I wish they would fix the bugs in this site!!!

Among the team members? No. And, double, triple, as many stars as there are in the heavens no for Hotch with anyone on the team.

Definitely Garcia & Morgan! I enjoy them when they talk to each other!As for the others, I don't see them with anyone! Maybe because I'm so used to seeing them single. Even JJ & Will's romance doesn't feel right! I think, because she got pregnant, they had to "give" her someone in order to write her pregnancy into the show!I don't see Reid with a girl just yet. That Lila girl just killed it for me (maybe because she was such a bad actress in that episode! I didn't like her at all!)Hotch needs to get over Hayley (and fast please!) ... and then I would see him and Emily getting hitched but not now!Thoughts anyone?

I'm with you on Lila, she had this vacant look most of the time, very pretty though and not overly skinny which was a plus. Did anyone else notice how nervous Reid was in that first scene they were alone together in the gallery??!! He couldn't look at her face! I know MGG was nervous about the kiss but he looked like he needed a sedative at times.I think Hotch and Emily might be too professional to pair up, I can't see them doing that although they are suited.I would love to see Morgan and Garcia together (probably the only two in the team), I don't think it would change the dynamic because they behave very much like a couple anyway.

Morgan&Garcia would be an awesomw couple!!!

I don't think the team members should get involved with each other...they are like family and need to save that relationship for advice from each other when they do have a love interest. I think Hotch should have a relationship with his new red headed doctor. The doc/patient relationship can develop into a friendship that could lead to a love affair. It is a sure thing. He can not afford to get involved with his team. Doesn't work in real life it 'ain't' going to be good on the set!

I agree. I wouldn't want Hotch to be involved with a team member, but that doctor would be perfect. She's not a part of the team, but she is a part of the FBI, so she understands what his life and job are like. But, at the same time, she can help him to find some balance between work and...? Who knows? But, I'd love to see it. I thought the doctor was very pretty, and I think I detected some nice chemistry there.

I agree with mistym66. I could definitely see a relationship moving forward between the red head doc and Hotch. We need to see a more emotional side of him. It's like you know it's in him, but we never get to see it. I think it would make him seem more human, instead of always calm, cool, collect and [u]unemotional. You can be in control, be the boss and still have a life...I'd like to see that other side. I think Doc would be perfect - they have similar personalities and she's cute too! They'd be a great match!

I think it would be tricky having regular cast members involved with each other - it always seems to mess with the chemistry and before you know it someone has to get killed off. But you guys make a good point that Hotch could use "a little lovin" to make him a bit less one dimensioanal; it would make him more interesting but he could still keep the attitude.

Yeah, as a viewer I sometimes wish there were a little more of a personal life development, in a positive way for Hotch. I think the show and the character has earned it with his workaholic dedication and the break-up of his marriage.I'd like to think that the writers have something up their sleeves with this new doctor.

Yeah, I think it would be exciting for him to start something up with such an intelligent, interesting professional woman.

I must have missed an episode. When did Reid have a girlfriend?

An episode called Somone watching me (I think that's it, S1). She wasn't a gf she was just a a girl he made out with in the pool.Couldn't a doctor get into trouble having an affair with one of her patients? She could already be married (and probably is lol). I'd like to see Hotch in a relationship, just not yet.

Perhaps they could be just "friends"...
