That kind of gives us a bit of a hint. I've never heard that description before. I know that it has something to do with the "Charmed" girls, I'm thinking it is a description of someone who dabbles in witchcraft....but I could be wrong.

Ok, it makes sense why they are using the expression, but it isn't a common word that a lot of us would use, so it is a give away to whom it is not!
