at the beginning i thought he was dead but now listening to other people i think that he may still be alive and yah he did get shot in the head and no one really comes back from that but like someone else said it is tv and besides peolpe have made good pointsWarrick cold still be alive somewhere in witness protection and if my best friend died at their funeral i would be crying so hard and none of them really did that maybe i just really want warrick to live and i didn't think that it was possible til i heard other people talk so let me know howyou feel

You and me both! The show is just a big bummer without him. Technically though didnt he get shot in the neck? Its possible to survive that right? I think the reason for the closed casket, the no show autopsy and the coworker indifference is because they want to leave the door open for him to come back.

I don't know Guys I read an Article that Said that Gary Wanted out of the Show - So unless that has changed I don't think we will see him back!! But you never know Right

the only reson why he is out of the show is he was filed for durg charged.

Sorry, chrispaps, but that is not true. The news that Gary was leaving the show came out about a month before he was arrested. It didn't have anything to do with him leaving - it was his decision.

It is not a good show with out warrick you can not replace him with Lawerence Fishburg as a matter of fact it just seem like the same show. I have stopped watching it

Gary the actor..might be in rehab right???? because of drug bust. maybe once he gets out and he has time away from the show..he will decide to come back..and thus for our warrick brown character will be intro back to the show as he survived the gun wounds

I can't shake the feeling that he is still alive..don't ask me why because there was alot that happened in that eppy that wasnt explained..but my gut tells me hes living

i hope you are right..becsuse after grissom leaves i will be watching to see if warrick will be coming back(HE BETTER) becuase they left so many things open

Gary finished rehab and went to Spain to film a movie. Again, it was HIS decision to leave the show. It had nothing to do with his arrest.

since everyone here obviousley like warrick...anyone know if warrick and cath had any nicknames..like grissiom/sara GSR or Cath/Gil Grillows...just curious..if anyone knows please let me know.thanks xoxo

I hope you guys are right!!! I would like to see Warrick again!!! He was a really good character!but, I don't know. He is supposed to be dead forever.! ha,ha. (he is not a vampire! ha,ha)as far as a concern, he won't came back because Gary Dourdan don't want to. It's a shame!

CSI had a team that was all its own. It welcomed new cast members well; but the oldies; the goodies did not leave unnoticed. Sarah was a hard one to see leave but her leaving was well-built into the show. She was traumatized and changed forever by the evil she confronted daily and, it took its toll but her character showed it well. So her leaving was hard but not a big stressor. Warrick was a different story. You took him out unexpectedly, harshly,and I have mourned his death since the time he left. I kept waiting during the whole two episodes where the audience did not know if he would live or die for you to revive him and I cried like a baby when he died. Do you think I watch T.V. to cry like that. Some people like crying through the Titantic over and over; that is not my thing. . Ahhh, but you might say this is how real life is. Well, I want to be entertained by TV not constantly shown the horrors of losing people you grow attached to which is exactly what you want us to do through your character development. Laurence F. I am sure will be asset but he will not be Warrick. Now Grissom is leaving and that will be another tough one. However once again his leaving has been well played off Sarah's leaving and Warrick's untimely death. We also know it is personal; he wants to direct and has had previous health issues. I don't like to see him go but you cannot begrudge him wanting to move on. My request to you is if Warrick did not move on and you just knocked him off to suit the shows purposes or he was having a personal rough patch. Well then help him out and bring him back. Or, let me know that he just wanted to move on and I'll be happy for him and stop mourning his leaving to the point of cutting your show out of my regular programs.
