Tiffy needs to clean up her act, she seems to think she can fool around and just get away with it. She needs a good talking too. Oh and an aids test.

You people need to get real lives. It's only a TV show. It either entertains you or it doesn't. Tiffy this and what's her face that. I say can the women and get on with the action. The show is called The Unit not the estrogen club. The wives parts have been a drain on the action from the first episode.

If the women were no longer a part of the show, I would continue to watch. But, I don't mind them at all and I actually kind of like them. Well, 2/3 of them anyway. Molly is a great, strong, woman with solid morals who is very faithful - to both her friends and family. But she is capable of making mistakes, and therefore a very real personality. She owns up to her mistakes and tries to make them right. I love her character, and the way the actress portrays her. She would be greatly missed if she were no longer a part of the show. Tiffy is a very real character. People do cheat. Relationships are complicated. She's been abused, and seems to feel abandoned and neglected by a man she is genuinely passionate about. Mack cheated on her as well, and though he obviously loves Tiffy, he's not a very emotionally open man it seems. He doesn't show any feelings to her generally except anger. I love Tiffy, and would miss her if she was written off the show. And I really want to see her & Mack work things out and become a strong couple. If they turned that passion in a positive direction, I think everyone could come to love them being together.Kim just annoys me. She's not a realistic character. She has this attitude, always showing perfect morals, never doubting herself, and pushing her thoughts & opinions on others. She never makes a mistake, and God forbid someone make one and her find out about it. In real life, women don't befriend women like that. It's hard to believe that Tiffy would take her as a close friend. I can see Molly tolerating her. But I can't see how anyone would find Kim's friendship an asset. I'd love it if she was killed off the show!

Are there no women in the families of real unit members who have some backbone?? It would be nice if they showed PORTRAYED women as confident, smart and capable.Cant decide who is worse- the Kim Brown character who WHINES ALL THE TIME or the character of Tiffy who cant manage her own life, she is ALWAYS a victim.I am amazed they let her keep her kids on that show,If this season is going to focus on the women more than previous seasons, they will lose a viewer.Show me the men in action, taking down the bad guys. Show the women every other episode if they must be shown. The Kim Brown character is a bit of a whiny one, but Tiffy is no victim - she creates her level of stupid. On the flip side - you must be fairly young. This is television - a script... The real world of the army and army SPOUSES is just that - the real world. A mix of stiff, whiny, strong, intelligent...Get a grip

The military affects family members' lives - not just the testosterone running around. It is a way of life for all concerned.Lets talk about getting a life. Get a good book if the show does not work for you.

sniper483 wrote: The wife I despise is the series "hottie". I find if fascinating how everyone just blows past the fact that Tiffy is a lying, conniving, manipulating adulteress who is betraying a man who regularly puts his life on the line to serve and protect his country. She is also abrasive, self-righteous, sanctimonious and spiteful. She is constantly looking for an opportunity to "trade-up" for a better spouse. Her leftie lawyer or Col. Tom Ryan... hell I wouldn't be surprised if she went for the sleazy titty-bar owner. Her current plan seems to be, on advice of council, to ambush Mack with her own divorce notice and attempt to gain sole custody of her daughters (who seem to really love their Dad). At least Mack never threatened that when he was pursuing his own threat of divorce. I use to like the wives equally but Tiffy is just begining to tick me off. After having an affair, she threatens to take the kids away because her husband is following "The Code". Let me kick you off your high horse into the mud where you belong. How dare Tiffy make threats when she was the one opening her legs. Girl you made your bed now lie in it.

For me the part of the show when they show the women is like watching a commercial. I can't wait for the action to come back on. It may add depth to the characters but it is definitely my least favorite part of the show.

The Unit is not the family. It's a combat unit of the US Army. If the wives parts were part of the main story line that would be OK but they are not. They usually have their own little soap opera going on that has nothing to do with The Unit and it's boring. On the latest show the wives actually helped on a mission. Still not great but better. I and my son regularly fast fwd through the boring (woman's) parts to get back to the action. there would be more of that if there were less wife silliness. Once again I say, the producers should CAN THE WIVES or at least reduce their parts to small supporting parts. We don't care about what goes on behind closed doors. Keep the doors closed.

Next thing you know TPTB will be changing the title of the show from The Unit to The Unit's Army Wives . LOL

The story lines for the men are very thin because they must share the hour with the women's silly story. The Units stories are always completed in one episode (except when they must interact with the soap opera) but not so for the women. Their stories are carried over for multiple episodes (that's the soap opera aspect) If the soap opera were reduced (or eliminated) there would be more time for a better story about The Unit.
