To each their own.I know what TV shows I like and what actors/actresses entertain me, and David Caruso is great! He is why I watch CSI Miami and why I've gone out and bought NYPD Blue Season 1 DVDs and some DC movie DVDs to watch more and more of his ability to entertain.Who annoys me... is people who think they can be the only real judge of what is good acting and what good entertainment should be. DC and his Horatio Caine character creation has made CSI:Miami a favorite show for numerous fans all over world and many on this board, and if DC were gone from the show, it would have "no potential". It would just die!Aka: "Board Tweaker", Igo4H and new2csi "KEEP ME POSTED" - Horatio Caine" 4y-1=3b[Nh] is a great actor! Gig'em H!

I believe the two lines that Horatio has used the most throughout the Series is..."Keep me posted." AND "Hang in there." or sometimes... "You hang in there."Aka: "Board Tweaker", Igo4H and new2csi "KEEP ME POSTED" - Horatio Caine" 4y-1=3b[Nh] is a great actor! Gig'em H!

Horatio's one liners used to just flow out of the dialogue or situation . Now it seems as if the writers are trying tooooooo hard. Like every other sentence is going to be the ULTIMATE ONE LINER. Please ease up and let H be his smooth self

i agree that H has had some great one liners but if theres a character who has great ine liners i'd have to say speedle had quitr a few classic one liners when he was on the show for example in the episode spring break when the tequilla guy asks him to vacate the crime scene because he has a permit for a party and speed looks at him and says "oh you got a permit? well i'm gonna let you call the parents of the girl that was murdered here last night and tell them that i cant process this crime scene cos you got a permit for a party. then im gonna arrest your cheap tequilla pushing ass and you can spend the night in lock up with all the drunk and disorderlies and you can smell the vomit of the fraternity boys." that made me laugh cos rory kept a totally straight face when he delivered the line and looked the other guy straught in the face.

Howdy "anew08" and "miamincis" and Welcome to the Board. I don't think I've had an opportunity to board tweak with you two yet.I agree "anew08", it does seem like Horatio's one-liners are more forced these days then back when in the "great early episode" days. I think the writers need to get reenergized. And "miamincis"... don't we all miss Speed! I miss the Eric and Speedle competitive jabs and conversations. Ryan is OK, but he and Eric just don't have that same fun interaction like Eric and Speed. Now, all we get with Eric is the poor puppy dog stares over Calleigh. :-]> yuck!Aka: “Board” Tweaker, Igo4H, new2csi “Keep me posted.” – Horatio Caine 4y-1=3b[Nh] is a great actor! Gig’em H!

Hey CSITamara... I know where you are coming from and how you love CSI:Miami and DC/H. Don't fret it! I try to be Civil in posting too! I usually only get "cold-blooded" when a poster starts using foul language or starts calling our poster friends bad names. People like the poster before you have all the right to post their dislike for the show or DC/H, but I hate an attitude that some how they have the market on what is good or bad entertainment. I was just posting and expressing my feelings too about my love for CSI:Miami and DC/H and I know what is entertaining too! I think it is funny that they mentioned the MSN list. One, I take that website with a "grain of salt" (not seriously or as a dependable source) and the person that put that list together is a freelance writer from the west coast who never explained who the "we" was that developed it and just posted it in a blog. I could provide numerous sites and blogs that show the opposite feelings of people whom love DC and the Horatio Caine character and believe CSI:Miami is very entertaining. You know... there is a particular actor that I don't like on the CSI Vegas show and the main reason why I don't watch it, but I would never post that on their board. I know that actor has fans and I respect those fans and their desire for what they think is entertaining. H-COOL

One of my more recent one liner's came from Raging CannibelH and Frank were questioning the scientist at the beginning of the eppie, specifically about his clearance to be in the area and the clearance of his female companion....When Frank asks the scientist if the girl has "clearance" to be out in the glades the scientist replies "Technically....."To which H does not miss a step and responds "So you brought her out here to get techinical"ROFL!!

Hey H-shades and H-pal: Are those the horror movies DC made? Horror movies scare me! Yes... I know that is the point, but I just have never liked to watch scary movies. They are just too disturbing and sort of bother me. Yeah... H-COOL can be a "whoose" sometimes and not always stay cool! ! I have seen and own the following DC movie DVDs: "Kiss of Death", "Jade", and "Black Point". Although, I won't say any of these are A+ movies, the more I watch them the more I enjoy DC's acting ability and skill to entertain me. Have you seen any of these? "Kiss of Death" is great because it was done not to soon after DC left NYPD Blue. You can see that "DC energy and drive" that he gave in playing the character, Detective John Kelly. But warning....lots of bad language in this one (rated R). It's also fun seeing such a pumped up, young Nicolas Cage. "Jade" I am not all that crazy about. It is sad, because it has some well known actors in it, but whoever wrote the script did the actors an injustice. It is like they got caught up in the kinky story-line and never got past that to make a great suspenseful and crime-solving type movie. The ending was totally predictable. The actor that played Dective John Hagen in CSI:Miami is in this one. He was really cute back then. Also, another movie I do not recommend for the young (rated R). Heck, I would be embarrased to watch this one with even some of my family members in the room. "Black Point" is just a totally enjoyable movie. Seems like a "made for TV" type movie. I believe it was made by Univeral Studios-Canada. It too has some bad language, but all DC in this one and it was made like the year before he started on CSI:Miami. Oh... I also have the original Rambo with DC. I usually watch it until DC gets taken down by Rambo and unfortunately that is about 30 minutes into the movie. You know... Rambo better watch it if he ever comes across H-COOL. He should not have hurt my young DC deputy that way. DC was the only deputy that suggested they back off from the "nutsy" Rambo. Anway, I might be tempted to use my "black-belt karate" skills on Rambo someday. On TV DVDs besides spending all my savings on CSI:Miami DVDs, Shadownglass told me about the Crime Story television series and I bought those, but unfortunately DC is only in the Pilot. I never knew about DC and NYPD Blue when it originally aired, but after becoming a DC/H and CSI:MI fan, I went out and bought NYPD Blue Season 1 DVDs. I love DC as Detective John Kelly. But... another warning.... this is not television for the young. But...boy... do us gals love to see DC in this one! he heH-COOL

color=darkred] Hey H-Cool...yeah i have seen " Kiss of Death" and also "Deadlocked" or dead lock, i haven't seen it in a while, it was the first one that i saw. in " Kiss of death " i never thought H would swear like that. lol.i loved the Rambo movie. even though there wasn't much DC in it i still thought that it was great. he looked so young in it. it took me a while to see if it was really him." seassion 9" i think was filmed while CSI:MI was in the break between season 1 or 2, because on the back the case it said CSI:MIAMI's David Caruso.it was a great movie. i don't know how many more of he's movies there are but i'm gonna watch them all.H-Cool. you should really watch session 9. its not that scary. or is it. Muahahaha. just kidding!H-SHADES [/color]
