I agree pulling stones out a bag reduces the game to a game of luck, there was nothing Marcus could have done to save himself from voted out the same holds true for Jacquie she got stuck in a enemy tribe and she got voted out because of it,the only thing that saved Sugar from being voted out in olFang was because she is weak and was not seen as a treath.on the other hand the members that came from olFang to Kota where protected because they won ALL challenges and did not get voted out(yea i'm looking at you Susie)and with the panic tribemix she joined her old tribe again to vote out Marcus. This season is a downer by anyone's standards.

Marcus had also done an excellent job of building alliances but then he got stuck with the losers. The game is supposed to be about skill, not luck when pulling numbers out of a bag. They totally negated Marcus' considerable skill and effectively eliminated him with the number he pulled out of the bag. I don't care to watch that. I want to see people win or lose based on their skill. They need to have individual immunities for at least half of the members of whichever tribe is going to council - 8 tribe members = 4 individual immunities. The immunity challenges should be a mixture of physical and mental competitions since different people possess different types of skills.I've been a Survivor fan since season 1 but I've quit watching in the middle of several seasons because of this same phenomenon and I'm through with this season as well. I also used to watch Big Brother but have quit watching in the middle of the past 2 seasons for the exact same reason.Let's see a show where the winners make it to the end and have a real showdown like the superbowl! Hmmm... How about a season where it is one tribe from day one, but instead of playing for tribal immunity you divid into teams for each challenge, and the people on the winning team get immunity, but everyone goes to tribal, that could mix things up.

I guareente that if MArcus hadn't been voted out, you would be happy that those that had the power from the beginning were still in control of the game. I'll be honest, I was expecting the whole "I won't watch again" schpeel from you.First, let me say that TT wasn't supposed to win. I was using that as an example. So, let's say that the better team, TT in your eyes, lost the starting quarterback (Marcus). Shouldn't the second-stringer (Charlie/Corrine) be doing more to hold on to the job, insted of just lying back thinking there's no way I can lose this job? Insted, what happened was the third-stringer (Ken) worked harder for the job and thus ended up as the starter. Make any sense? Just like in football, the best players deserve to keep playing. This isn't a popularity contest.

If the tribes were mixed up every challenge, then I bet it would be more likely that the strong players would b voted out even quicker because the weaker people wouldn't know if they would be on the same tribe with them.A lot of people have been complaining about that and I don't like the idea.

All the switching makes it hard to follow, too. We need some constancy to get to know the players. When we don't know them, we can't form loyalty to specific players, or come to care about them. I haven't been able to "like" anyone this season. Not only that, but Mattie, Marcus and Charlie all look somewhat alike. Most of the players are unattractive as well. Even Sugar, a self-professed poster child, isn't that great looking.Bring back the beauties, staff! I miss Ozzy!

I want to see a Survivor where a true Survivor wins. This season, the true Survivor would be Bob, IMO.The alliances and all the twists and turns make the game unfair if one is really looking for the quality, survivor like person. It really should be a game that a person can control without alliances. However, physical skills should not be a factor either.Imagine you are marooned on a desert island with a group. Who is the most important person to you? Isn't it the most experienced person with a knowledge of what to eat, how to build a shelter, how to build a fire, etc? This show hasn't reflected that.I have watched Survivor from the beginning. I am thinking of skipping next season. I am bored with all the bikinis and muscles.

I just happened to notice that you did not have a lot of posts. Please continue to post. Honest respectful opinions and ideas are appreciated. I really like your idea. A single tribe would allow the contestants the opportunity to get know all of the other contestants. Could I make a few additional suggestions. I like that all players would go to TC, but those with immunity should not get to vote. This would provide the opportunity to break up alliances and keep a small group from controlling the game from the beginning and making things too predictable. Once the jury starts the RC's could still be random team vs random team or individual, but the ICs would be individual. Do you agree or disagree? *BAND*

They need to stop screwing with it and just let it happen. I understand making slight changes from season to season, but they should be established and shared with the audience from the first week. This year seems like they've lost interest. It's sloppy. It's messy and I'm not sure how they chose the contestants. Pulled them out of a hat?

B, The casting crew was rumored to have swapped at least half the cast before they left. They apparently wanted to create more diversity. So far, I think that the season's been picking up, just like Micronesia. But that's just my thought.

I find mentally strong players far more entertaining than physically strong so this format works just fine for me. How the hell can you call Charlie strong? Like Sugar he's was using his charm and cuteness to stay alive. Goodbye Charlie!

MTV has a show called "The Challenge" and this last season they did it more like a Survivor type thing. None of them knew beforehand that they were going to be taken to a desert island and not have much to eat except for rice. Obviously, MTV and CBS are very different types of stations, but the one thing I thought made it more interesting to watch was how they voted people off the show. Instead of doing it secretly, like they do Survivor, the two people who were on the block stood there while each of the others said out loud who they were voting against and why. It made it a lot more interesting and a little trickier for people to keep their alliances hidden. I liked it better than tribal council on Survivor.Just my two cents. This is my first season watching Survivor and I'm just not as impressed by it as I thought I'd be. There's a lot more they could do to keep it interesting, imo. Even the competitions aren't that entertaining to watch. Why am I watching you ask? Because it'll bug me if I don't see who wins.
