For Warrick floored me, can't tell you how P.O. Iwas thought the writers and producers took a wonderful character and shuffled him out to dry. WTF no mention of your best friend and co worker. *thumps head* Then that's CSI always leaving us fans hanging!!!!!!

Agree! I hated 2 and 1/2 deaths. Whoever came up with that stupidshow should be sent to the north pole!! And no talk of Warrick--(or Sara or Grissom)--and the next time Carol M. has an interview, she will say something about making the show "like real life"--yea right. She doesn't want to have to pay anyone for using Warrick's, Sara's or Grissom's name!
Maybe CSI should have a viewer contest for script writing!! I would certainly close some holes and answer a few questions. What was the episode this season with the fake FBI guys? One with no fingerprints left fingerprints on a gun? I mean, a fifth grader could have caught that mistake!
House is good, so is NCIS, and and Saving Grace on TNT is another great show.

Tomorrow night here in the UKstarts the first in the two part where Gil Grissom is set to leave, we have been bombarded with the clips for these two episodes &I am looking forward to and I'm NOT, it will definitlynot seem the same once 'The Man' leaves. And Gil Grissom IS the 'man'.

Us avid fanshere in the UKare distraught to see him leave and would like to know if there is any other way we can keep him 'on' - he portrays the forensic s so well he could have been thefather of inventors in this field.

We all hope he and sara get it together as they both need something special in there lives after all they have been through.

Is there any kind of petition that can be signed to bring back Gil ?

CSI will never be the same without Gil Grissom - I have no doubts about L.F's acting capabilities and I'm sure he will do a very fine job of it, but he is NOT Gil Grissom and NO one will ever be able to fill his shoes, so come on you guys keep him on, give him a fantastic holiday, whatever he needs, but please (ON MY KNEES HERE)please don't let him go.

Unfortunately, Grissom does leave. Billy Petersen wanted to move back to Chicago and work in plays instead of TV. There is hope that he will at least appear asa guest star next season but there doesn't appear to be much chance that he'll return full time. Other than one or two unusual posts. I think all of us are sorry that he's gone, but I don't think there's anything the fans can do about it. We just have to accept that he has a right to pursue his personal happiness and it appears he feels doing plays will bring him more happiness at this point in his life than doing TV will. So sad.

Gil Grissom does leave, and he is passionately missed. Take it from us, it is a pretty good ending--probably as good as it gets, leaves open that he will return.

BESURE you watch to the last second of the 2nd episode!!Record it, add extra minutes to your recording!!

I fill sorry for Grisson too for leaving the CSI he was the best of all sovling the crimes and he was my best charater too. I know he should pop back to see how things going on with the team. I hope the new person do a good job with the team.

I still miss Grissom so much,I keep hoping he will just pop back in at any minute,I do think L F is ok in the role he is playing,its not like he is taking Grissoms place,for me Grissom was such a strong part of the CSI team,hopefully he will come back,I am waiting patiently.I still watchCSI every Thursday,liked it more when Grissom was on the scene.

I think Laurence is doing a great job on the show and love the complexity of his character. I had my doubts too, but they were quickly removed, and I look forward to every episode with him.

Looking forward to the 200th show,Grissom is suppose to be back for the episode.

i honestly cried my eyes out when gris left. but when i seen him and sara got back 2 together i cried harder they make a cute couple.... i just wish grissom would come back same with Warrack and sara...

I was thinking right after Grissom left,they said he would make a guest apperance for the 200th episode,I guees your right,it doesn't look that way now.

After viewing CSI last week i am fearing it is becoming the Lawrence Fishburne show. Yes he is a great actor! Yes he has assumed a great role on CSI but come on now - the vic is one of his former best students who he has coffee frequently and she was under the radar tracking down a cold case!Ok we welcome you to the show - now let's make it a real CSI with stellar cast and maybe some cameo appearances by
