THE RUNDOWN

Lucy gets an ultimatum.

Jack is forced to place Parker under arrest.

Damian comes to Luke’s rescue.

Vienna gets devastating news.

DAMIEN RETURNS

Wanting to make the public aware of housing discrimination in the gay community, Noah, Luke, and Lily appear on WOAK. While most of the responses are positive, hate mail eventually arrives. Not giving up, Luke decides on hosting a fundraiser to support gay rights. Although Holden's concerned about safety, Lily convinces him that they need to make this a family effort and stand behind Luke. At the fundraiser, Luke gives a moving speech about Lily and heads to retrieve some research from his car.

In the parking lot, Luke's run over. The driver checks his pulse and drives him to the hospital, leaving a note on Luke with contact information. Lily, Holden, and Noah soon arrive and hear that Luke will be fine. The doctor sends a question-filled Margo away so that Luke can rest and everyone follows suit. Luke is startled, however, when he sees Damian emerge by his bedside. Holden and Lily are surprised when they return and find a newly returned Damian by Luke's side. They're skeptical of Damian's intentions in returning to Oakdale. And they might possibly be right in their skepticism...

OAKDALE HAPPENINGS

Vienna learns she miscarried and tells Henry that she wants time to mourn the loss before telling Brad and Katie. They begin to make love, as do Brad and Katie, unaware that Vienna has lost the baby. Alison prompts Casey to accept Tom and Margo's apology. Thankful, they invite the couple to dinner. A snooping Emily reports all of Lucy's suspicious activity to Paul. Although he told Meg he was over her and only cared about Eliza, Paul blackmails Lucy with what he knows. He gives her 24 hours to rekindle the flame with Dusty and drive Meg away or he'll tell Craig what she's been up to.

Jack finds out about Craig giving Parker and Liberty a place at the Lakeview. Upset that Craig is stepping into his father role with Parker, Janet leaves the register at Al's unguarded and a desperate, jobless Parker steals a wad of cash to support him and his new wife. When the robbery is realized, Jack has no choice but to arrest Parker, infuriating Carly. Craig posts bail for Parker, further antagonizing Jack. Later, the D.A. informs Parker that he'll be put on trial for robbery. But not all is as it seems...

I agree with Jack, if parker wants to "be grown" quote on quote then he [parker] needs to understand that in the real world you don't always get help from parents, most of us don't. In the real world you take responsibility for actions, parker has NOT done that ONCE. I understand that Carly and Janet want their kids to come if they get into trouble. But sometimes you have show tough love because your kids not the parent, you are. It's about time that Jack, Carly and Janet started acting like one. They are so concered with their own problems that they can't get control of thier kids and that's not helping anyone. Parker stole the money, it time that he take responsibility for his actions.

Didn't casey serve time for doing something similar (stealing from lisa's register or safe or something?) wonder if they will be fair and penalize parker equally? I hope so

Why can't Parker just use his trusty trust fund?

because legally he hasn't be declared an emancipated yet, in the eyes of the law his parents still have guardian ship over him.

yeah Jack is going to because he has to as a cop, but if carly should be mad at Jack and herself, she let him kick Parker out of HER house, she should have stepped up and said something to jack instead of just watching him.

I am probably the only one on Jack's side here. Parker thinks he is such a bad a** then go ahead buddy make your way. Yes, coward Carly could have stopped Jack from kicking Parker out but then we couldn't have all these Jack haters. And Carly is being set up for maternity leave so she needs to look weak to go to rehab for 3 months. DOn't get me wrong, Jack has become a shadow of his former self since hooking up with Janet but he is 100% right here. Let Parker try to get his trust fund. He and Liberty were doing the stupidest things that 5 year olds do. I used to like the younger stories but Parker is OUTOFCONTROL and should be in a boys home not a bording school. He steals money he goes to jail just like Casey. Oh wait, the actor isn't leaving the show so that won't happen.

Carly needs to stop having children already! I dont think they should make her look weak with drinking and all. Its time she kicked that herself and goes away to "think" again. About her and Jack of course. I am so tired of Jack and Janet. The best thing they can do for ratings is to heat things up with jack and carly. Make janet another victim of jack or have her fall in love with someone else. Too goody goody for jack.

Jack is right about Parker and Liberty .If they think they're ready for the real world let them have at it. Parker is such a little snot that I hope He does go to jail.
