First off...what are your ideas for upcoming episodes?!

I agree with everyone over at the Dr.Horrible/Barney board about wanting to see Nathan Fillion in an upcoming episode...I really don't think it would alienate the unfamiliar audience members too much.

Secondly...anyone really want to see a video of HIMYM references verses clips of the original show/movie? What I'm talking about here is a video of ala "Top Gun/HIMYM" with little clips of both. And seeing as how Carter, Craig and Neil gave us such great material from both "Slutty Pumpkin" and "Murtaugh"...I think this would make a fun little project...Now whose up to it?

I still think Nathan Fillion would be a great guest star. But I would also love to see Max Cassella in an ep. We've never had a typical New York tough guy on the show, right? Plus it would just make my dork Doogie-loving heart so happy

YAY! I'm glad people like my Nathan Fillion idea... I mean seriously, it would be the best thing ever! Major, if they ever made your fic into an episode, Nathan could be Alistair, and make Barney crazy jealous! Although Alistair is a nice bloke, and I image Nathan would play kind of a jerk. lol.

Haha, right, well in the future when I'm writing for the show I'll try to talk to the execs about some casting suggestions

Pft, PAs getting coffee? Eff that trash. That's what interns are for. Okay mostly I read scripts as an intern, but I definitely also got very familiar with the Warner Bros. Starbucks and the art of carrying a tray of 12 drinks without spilling it all over the dozens of ER extras always loitering near our office

Oh but yeah, my two year plan to make EP on HIMYM clearly includes getting everyone here jobs. Don't even worry about it. There's a highly strategic white board formula involved and everything. Nothing could go wrong with this idea, right?

If we all had jobs working on HIMYM, I dare say NPH would never get a minute to himself. lol. Seriously though, I know squat about showbiz, but I would LOVE just to be an extra on the show!

I wouldn't get any of our hopes up I will be really lucky just to get an agent. That's the 5 year goal at the moment.

Well all the best of luck to you Major. Just from my experience in the Theatre world, the entertainment industry is not an easy place...but if I were to do it full-time, I'd definitely chose TV.

More guest stars, more long scenario lines, more communications with other serials.

CSI Miami dvd boxset is my favor I like it so much

I know its been a while since this thread was started, but I have tons of ideas for Season 5. Like Robin taking Barney to a gun range! He loves lazer tag so much,this would surely create a monster. Then he'll try paintball, maybe? Then you know Ted has to have the steroetypical student who will 'do anything' for that A in class. And what about the 'Slap Bet'? I think we're only up to 3, right?

But the Slap Bet call back on Monday was genius. I love that Ted got to slap Marshall...made me soooooo happy!!!

Maybe we'll have another Slapsgiving!
