Welcome to the campaign! I created this additional thread to summarize what has been done so far and why. If you are new to this, I hope you find this as exciting as we all have.

Many of us have been watching the show since day one and liked it from the start. The series got better and better as the season went on, and we began to fall in love with Hood and Rachel. And then Felix. We are attracted by the science, the humor and the humanity. And many of us are also intrigued by the Hood/Rachel dynamic. We agree that the potential for this show is boundless, and a Season 2 would only bring great things. Most of us watched the finale and saw what it is at its best, and the fever for a Season 2 climbed higher. We felt fairly confident in our show and its renewal.

Unfortunately, there were a few signs over the internet that put a renewal in doubt, and that is what started things. Ironically, there are just as many positive signs, but we decided early on that as a group we wanted to be proactive rather than reactive. CBS would just have to renew our show without hesitation. And that began the campaign.

First we began going to this same CBS site, under the 'User Feedback' link at the bottom of the page, and leaving daily feedback. We share our thoughts with them about many aspects of the show, but our main goal is to urge CBS to give Eleventh Hour its renewal. We explain why we love the show, express our interest in the Season 1 DVD release, inquire about EH reruns and declare our love for its leads. And many many other things that only these great fans here can tell you about. Feel free to ask them for I have come to realize that they are all very intelligent and very passionate people.

Next, thanks to LuPatty from right here in the CBS forums, we started sending CBS watches. We set them on 11:00 and include notes saying something witty such as "Counting the hours until Eleventh Hour is back". There are many other ideas of what to say floating around, or you can make something up on your own....either way, just speak from the heart. Also, these watches do not have to be new. Many people are using their old watches, or those donated by others. We are, however, asking CBS to donate these watches to charity once they receive them. The address to send them to is as follows:

We are confident that these actions are working, and I have personally seen people spring into action upon hearing the campaign news. I have posted most of the above info on several fan sites (EH Wiki, EH LJ, TV.com, to name a few), Youtube, Fanfiction.net, Facebook and many other sites that have contained an article about Eleventh Hour. One of which responded by creating another article promoting the watch part of the campaign. I will try and have someone else post these links as I am having a lot of trouble doing that right now.

I have also been contacted by another website wanting to do a story about this campaign on his website.

Lastly, but not leastly, we have spoken about the future of the campaign should the worst happen. We have other ideas in mind (which we can chat about soon) and hope that any one of you can provide even more. We will use this thread to provide updates in the campaign, but you can always check out the "Don't cancel Eleventh Hour" thread as well for the day to day stuff.

I'm very happy about this thread. Luvinx, I thank you for making all this happen. This all started as an idea and now the word has spread out and it's because of your effort.

So our evil plan, that is, this renewal campaign is really happening. Ask a friend, a parent, your boyfriend, girlfriend, brother, co-worker anyone, to donate a watch and send it to the address posted above.

We want to let CBS know that the watches have to be donated to a charity and with them we're letting them know how much we care about this show and that we love it and want it back for season 2.

You have homework to do.

im very happy about this thread also. we have to make season 2 happen. its to great of a show for it to not get a season 2.

Great idea about the watches.. . I have many collecting in a drawer. just got out of the habit of wearing one. I'll send them out today. I also want to keep the show going. I enjoy watching Rufus every week. Thanks for your efforts. Hope it makes an impact.Pitzel

Hi tipou. If you haven't already, make sure you let CBS know how you feel. And, collect some watches and send them out. I know many many people who are doing this and CBS will shortly learn how much we all care about this show. Tell your fellow EH fans as well. Thank you for commenting and for you support!

Hi hoodrachel, glad to see you here. As fun as YT is, it is even nicer to chat here. Hope you like what you see and thank you for all your help and your positive comments.

Just to help out on any confusion, I created this thread for the "business" aspect of the campaign. Not saying that we can't chat and have fun, but I figured new fans could come and post their original hello here and then move on over to the old thread, the "Don't cancel Eleventh Hour" thread for the day to day stuff - the FUN stuff. Where we can go OT, goof around, talk about the yumminess that is RS (sorry rjm), etc... Anyone can return to this thread at any time to post updates, add new ideas or whatever, but most of our chats will take place in the other thread. We need to do the work, but we need to have the fun just as much.

Haha I love this. I've never been a part of a campaign, so this is a really amazing experience for me . I really love you guys, and this, us, people who don't even know each other in real life act work as a team, a family, to achieve the similar goal, it really warms my heart. (Man, it's so beautiful! *Sniff!*) I really really love all of you guys, and I swear, I will NEVER EVER forget this!!

Oh ya, other ideas, (I did write this in many other threads.) The big digital collage of photos, fanart, fanfic, signatures, ect. is one idea, and the extended version of the watch thing, sending a clock... XD. Also, what about the box with a bomb saying "You've got eleven hours to renew Eleventh Hour."....? Haha jokes!

Ah, Freak....we love you too, you know that. And I love all your ideas, we should definitely start moving on them (minus the last one, LOL), of course. The clocks are on hold for now, but we can use that whenever we need to. Can you put some art together to show everyone? We can talk about it in the other thread for now, and then move it here once it is organized and we decide on what exactly it is we want to send.
