Happy 4th everyone. I am in Cape Coral House Hunting ugh!! Please say a prayer that I find my dream house as I really really hate the hunting part! They have an awesome fireworks display over the water here so after being dragged to hell and back all day at least I'll get to enjoy that!

OK breathing deep, saying prayers and overall a nervous wreck. I bought a house!! OMG it's perfect. I offered full asking price cash contingent on passing inspection... Won't know until tuesday or wednesday if it's mine... So now I will sit anxiously waiting to hear if it's mine!!!!
