Last season:Joe Lebrock- He kinda got to Horatio when he tried to frame Kyle for murder and kidnapped Kyle. Making everything between the two personal. Horatio blackmailed Joe, the first sign of things to come for the season.Ron Saris- Now I cannot wait for the final showdown between these two. Every time they talked you could sense that Horatio just wanted to hit Ron. Ron manged to get under Horatio's skin, by calling Kyle and Julia his family. Horatio knew what Ron wanted from Julia and that his son would have to pay the price for Julia and Ron's relationship. Ron played on Horatio's detachment from his son, with comments like: I'll say Hi to your son for ya or it would be a lot easier on Kyle come fathers day. And oh man oh man when the time comes for them to go at it, Horatio is going to show this clown no mercy.

Those two episodes with Stewart Otis still make my stomach turn to this day. He was a psychologically disturbed villain. Stewart: I'll get out, it's my nature.Horatio: I'll be waiting that's my nature.

IAB Rick Stetler. In the episode when he smacked Yolina around, H should have taken off his gun and badge, dragged Stetler behind the woodshed and did a little whoop ass!

Wasn't the one where Yelia had a black eye in season 3? I don't think that Stetler did anything like that in season 6, although he was mean to Calleigh and bugged Eric.

OH wait! The eppy with Erik Roberts. 3/23 "Whacked" That would be a mild discription of his character. Haven't been able to eat PB&J since.

I just finished watching season 4. I really liked Walter Resden. He hit all of H's buttons and he twisted the knife in H's already tortured heart. He too was psychologically provoking. It was also extremely personal between H and Resden. That is what I think makes a truly good nemesis.
