So far..Dr. Andy is my favorite character... As Alex is my favorite Actor - I very much want him to succeed in this new show and it's AWESOME message regarding Organ Donation! Alex has taken steps to "get the word out" about Organ Donation in becoming a Donate Life ambassedor... many kudos to the actor for this dedication... I am looking forward to seeing the Dr. Andy character develop with his co-stars characters.

Dr. Andy Yablonski gets my vote on Three Rivers, because he is compassionate, dedicated and gifted cardiothoracic surgeon with a great bedside manner.

I also like Dr. Miranda Foster, Dr. David Lee, Dr. Jordan, Ryan and Pam because they all have a fantastic personality with so much more back stories to tell on Three Rivers. The entire cast has great interaction with one another.

Dr. Andy Yablonski is a caring and intelligent heart surgeon with a wonderful personality. The other characters are also fantastic and have great on-screen chemistry together on Three Rivers.

Andy is my favorite character. This character conveys a sense of compassion and empathy that appears deeply felt. There are hints of the person who Andy is inside glimpsed here and there and I hope that as time goes on we will learn more about Andy and what drives him to be who he is. I find the other characters to have great potential as well. Overall, the characters have good chemistry with one another. I look forward to learning about all of them and the stories they have to tell.

Dr. Miranda Foster is on even par with Dr. Andy Yablonski as my favorite character. So far they are the two we have seen the most of and their passion for what they do is rivalled equally by the compassion they have for their patients. We can already tell that both of these characters are battling personal demons (Miranda - her father and Andy - his marriage). This is quickly becoming one of my favorite shows. Alex O'loughlin is wonderful as Andy and his boyish charm makes you wish that he was your doctor. Kate Moennig looks like she is going to add another strong/complex character to her resume with Miranda. I'm looking forward to Three Rivers exploring the story behind Miranda's daddy issues and if those issues are the reason behind her decision to go into the same field as he did. Great job on this show CBS! You are bringing light tothe important issueof organ donation in an excellent way. Keep it up!

Dr Andy is my favorite character on Three Rivers, he is charming, compassionate, caring, funny and has a beautiful smile, makes me wish he was my doctor!

I voted for Andy, but seriously I think all the characters on Three Rivers are wonderful. For a medical drama, this show sets a new benchmark and I look forward to watching the characters develop as more back story is filled in each week.

I voted for Alex O'Loughlin ... He is a terrific actor and I think he is going far in his chosen profession .. Good Luck Alex ..
