You gotta love Tonys sense of humour; knowledge of movies; and his instincts as a cop aka federal agent.

I like Tony for his comedic relief that he provides for the show. He's really good at his job, extremely smart, has a mental database of movies, and as childish as he is, he's still loyal and dedicated.

I adore all that is Tony. I love his sense of humor, his charisma, his way of telling stories and the fact that he has unique relationships with every single member of Team Gibbs. His teasing of McGee is funny, but he also encourages McGee like no other. He's gone down to the mat for the Team more times than anyone else, the loyal St. Bernard! And lets not forget that he actually is as attractive as he thinks he is, despite what anyone else says

I love Tony's charisma, his sense of humour and his oh so expansive knowledge of various films. Alot of people think he is a womanizer, but I think he has a heart of gold & his heart is filled with love. He's witty &charming. <3

I love the fact that just when you think you know Tony, you'll see something completely new and different. He's multi-layered. His investigative skills , always original, shine through at unexpected moments, as when he saved the day (as well as the kids!) in Bait. As Abby said, he's all soft and squishy on the outside, but a rock inside, and will always have his team's six(Requiem, anyone?). He'll go to the end's of the earth to right a wrong(Truth or Consequences), and yet can always be counted on to diffuse any tense moment with his rapier sharp wit. He can make you laugh and break your heart in equal parts. He's DiNozzo. Hear him roar!!

I love Tony for a broad range of reasons, Ilove how he seems to have seen every movie and can quote it at a moments notice, Ilove how he can tell it like it is and how you need to hear it. Yet, there's another more caring side of him that we love to see every so often.

He plays the class clown but when he has to he can play with the big boys (Tony vs Eli David in Aliyah!!).

Oh Tony Tony Tony. What's not to love? He's hilarious, but probably my favorite thing about him is how deep he really is beneath the shallow persona he tries to trick people with. He's smarter than he lets on, much better at his job than it might seem at first, and he cares so much for his fellow team members, though he'd never admit it. I think unraveling his character through the seasons has been one of the best parts of the show and I hope they continue to reveal more and stretch out his character further.

1) To me Tony is the heart of the team. He's Gibbs' second in command and always has his six, he encourages McGee while simultaneously toughening him up, he's Abby's buddy and partner in crime andhe's Ziva and Kate's playful adversary and verbal sparring partner.

.

2) Tony thinks outside the box and comes up with connections and solutions the rest of the team don't normally see. Like figuring out how the body caught on fire in episode Heart Break . He's proven to me on more tha

n one occasion that he is more than deserving of his own team though I doubt he'll ever leave his NCIS family.

.

3) He is very loyal and dedicated to the people he cares about. He's saved each of his teammates at least once: GIbbs (Requiem), Ziva (Truth or Consequences), McGee (Twilight) and Kate (Twilight).

.

4) Although he goes great lengths to hideit, there's an insecurity him and a need to be need in Tony that's most interesting to watch. You can get the most understanding of who Tony is from what he doesn't say. Every glimpse Tony gives usof his trueselfleaves me with even more questions. Ican't wait for the 150th episode of NCISand the appearance of Tony's father. Maybe then I'll get some answers .

.

5)Tony makes me laugh like no one else and he can play his humor off of anyone. His jokes provide a certain stress relief and tension breaker for the team and for the millions of viewers watching. His wit and hilarious facial expressions even have Gibbs cracking a smile on occasion.

.

The one problem Ido have with Tony's character is that he's so good at putting up his I don't care about anything or anyone' mask that a lot of people, even his own team, underestimate him.I think that if Tony were to ever quit NCIS or be out of commission the team would suffer and miss him dearly.

Tony is the fun in the group without his remarks and movie trivias the team would be boring. I also love how he says something and Gibbs is right behind him. He's the one who get's in trouble for being a smart allec.

I love Tony because he brings comic relief to the show. and I LOVE his movie quotes cause I'm exactly the same way. He fits into the family and the show wouldn't be good without him. Just like it wouldn't be good without Abby, McGee, Gibbs, etc.

I love Tony because he's funny and goofy. He's always willing to do what it takes. He always is ready to lighten the mood when needed. He acts like a child, but will be the adult when he has to be. I love him for that. I love him for his crazy antic and for all of his wisdom. Tony is very lovable for many reasons.

Tony is an all-american boy. He's into cars, girls, and money. He also knows what'sgoodin life. He takes care of what's important and makes sure no man (or awoman named Ziva)are left behind. He tries to lead Timmy astray (mostly for his own good.)He's sweet to Abby, and completely in love with Ziva. He's dedicated to NCIS and faithful as a lab to Gibbs. He's the perfect side kick without trully being annoying.

He is funny, smart, witty, and looks out for his team. I love his humor and tries to hide stress and fear with it (Frame up, Internal Affairs, ect) He would do anything for his team when it comes down to it, not to mention very handsome as he knows. I love the bickering he does with Ziva and McGee its hilarious and has great expressions, he is a great actor. I like all the times he gets into trouble from Gibbs by running his mouth and always gets caught especially in Caught on Tape when Gibbs made him clean up the urine in interragation. I do miss the way him and Kate always were bickering, they were funny together but worried about each other when they needed to.(Swak). I think he is just as important on this show as Gibbs is, they all complete the team, that is why NCIS is #1 its the right chemistry from all of them.
