Some TV broadcasts are based on a Fiscal Year (FY)verses Calendar Year. NCIS, currently is running on FY 2010 second quarter. What this means is the showing of the new episode will be FY 2010 third quarter. The exact date for the next showing of NCIS is only for me to know and you to find out. Iwould hope you take the initiative and get off your duff and learn for yourself when the next NCIS showing is. Please be more proactive in learning how to tell the difference between Fiscal Year and Calendar Year. I suggest you take some beginning classes in business and this way, you don't need to waste my valuable time in explaining every little detail of the show. Is this clear to you? Make darn sure it is, you little pumpkin head!!

Wow Sleuthexpert . . . Was that really necessary? I just asked a simple question, which was answered by the way. You didn't need to "waste your valuable time in explaining every little detail of the show". I'm pretty new to the boards but thought this would be a quick way to get my answer, which it was (Thanks Irish). Get off my duff and take begining business classes? You gonna pay for those. Really . . . Since apologiesshow weakness, I'll just end this with - won't happen again.

Hey Meaks, Sleuth is just a s__t stirring troll who likes to annoy the hell out of everyone and to get a rise out of them to see what they will do and what comments they will make. NOTE: DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD SLEUTH SAYS!!!!

Since my question somewhat goes with this thread I wll go ahead and ask - Does anyone know why we have so many reruns this month? Didn't we only get one new episode in December? Just wondering because I thought they started filming in July ro something, which would mean they would have enough episodes and not needing Christmas break from filming. Iask because I don't quite understand why a show would do a bunch of reruns in the middle of the season.

Thanks everyone. I was so surprised by Sleuth's comments. Like I said, I'm pretty new here and I appreciate you all taking the time to explain what kind of character he is. I will follow the advice and hit the Ignore button. Thanks again and Happy New Year.

Filming the new season does start in July & from what I've heard it takes a couple of weeks to film one episode. Part of the reason why we get so many re-runs this time of year is because of the holidays but it is also because of the # of episodes ordered by the network & when those episodes are scheduled to run - another task performed by CBS. Most probably, at this point, CBS is staggering the episodes to put its powerhouse up against AI, V & Lost.

It's like when you got a magic lantern - you only get to rub it 3 times and make 3 wishes that will come true. If you hit the ignore button even once, it's considered a sign of bad luck and brings 7 years of bad luck.It stands to reason hitting the ignore button 3 times equates to 3 x 7 = 21 years of bad karma. If I were you, I surely wouldnt tempt fate and keep your paws off that ignore button because I want the best for you so that you won't have 21 years of bad luck, kemosabe!!!
