I have seen a couple of mentions of this, but I don't understand where everyone is getting it? When are Ziva and Tony going to Paris?!?!?!? AND WHY?

I get the feeling that before plane trip most we will start off is them two in hotel room and rest of eps takes place on plane trying to figure out who the killer is and guessing gibbs and gang will be on ground figuring out who killer is.
