It's been nice here in the late mornings and afternoons but early in the morning, like 6:30/ 7:30 for the last few days we've had some below freezing temps. Brrr. Then, like I said, it warms up to the 60's and 70's or more. Crazy time of year here....Winter and summer all in one day. I've been sleeping better the past few weeks than I had my entire life. It's nice to wake up refreshed. I don't mind talking like a doofus but I miss the chewing. Soup for 6 weeks is good for one thing, and that's weight loss. Thank you for the well wishes.

Yikes! Mine was $17,000 for the surgeon and $40,000 for the use of the hospital. Something's wrong with that picture.

I don't even know who you are. However, I noticed while catching up on another thread that you berated a poster for comments she made saying that you wanted to go back to the light-hearted fun posting from earlier. Now I have seen that you are calling people names, starting rude threads about posters, etc. I think that you and I may have very different definitions about what light-hearted and fun really means. I get the idea that it means you judge others for calling names while you are free to do it yourself.

Just as I admitted to being judgmental, I'll also admit to being inconsistent. I happen to think that inconsisentcy is another human trait. I enjoy light-hearted fun; but that doesn't mean that I'm never serious. I try to avoid losing my temper, but sometimes I do. Like most people, I have days when I do better at being the kind of person I want to be; and days when I'm irritable, easily annoyed, or just plain cranky. I thought the name "Sappy" was a nonsense name, so I responded with another nonsense name. I thought that Aris (or others) might laugh at it. I can't imagine anyone laughing at "whore". I would not like to dignify a name like that by responding to it at all. On the other hand, I have been tempted to respond to some of the mean-spirited and crude pictures I have seen, but then I do TRY to keep from losing my temper! Now, remember I started this post by admitting that I am inconsistent, so don't try to hold me to any of it!

Yep..it was in the late 70's here, but it cools off at night and was foggy because it's hot during the day and cool at night.

I ended up opening a new internet window and using that, and I went to some of the other threads and posted a little, with no problems. Then I came back here and I'm getting the same trouble again. Is this board so wimpy that it can't handle four or five people posting on the same thread at the same time??

Yep..it was in the late 70's here, but it cools off at night and was foggy because it's hot during the day and cool at night.
