MissNita~ in my experience when my arm was sore after a shot it was usually due to them hitting a muscle when they injected me. Maybe the person that gave you the shot was good at it. As for your excessive energy... well that might just be happiness.

I think I've had a tetanus shot three times now. The first one I actually remembered didn't hurt much at all. The last one hurt for two days. What really hurts? Epinephrine (aka adrenaline). I've had to have that twice, and wow... ouch. I guess Ican't exactly tell you to never get a shot of it, but... Hope you don't.

Middle C on a piano for instance is a greyish blue, as is the Letter 'F' in the alphabet and the number 15. Letters can be wet or dry, and any number of weird things (L is wet, S is dry and N is kind of muddy). Your name, Kikia, is pale purply-pink by the way, and definitely dry and a little pointy. Bet you always wanted to know that. When I hear a symphony, the air isn't filled with moving colorful shapes like it is for some people. But every sound has a definite color, and while I can't tell what shape it is I know if it is pointy or blunt.

It's a little different for me. Not every letter has a color or feel, but words do, and names especially do. An individual note doesn't, but every chord or key does. It's weird, but kind of fun.

Who doesn't love an epi shot every once in a while?? I have an epi pen in my desk at home, my desk at work, 2 in my suitcase and one in my car.....allergies are fun. I really love that television has made people think that they have to smash the dang thing into your leg-I had a bruise about the size of a grapefruit after that. But hey, who am I to complain , I couldn't breath...

I got my epinephrine shots in my upper arm. Both on the same day. My arm had just started to stop hurting from the first when they decided to give me another. My heart rate went up to 164.

In my entire life I have only had to use them 8 or nine times that I can remember. I have only a few severe allergies-poison oak, and bees; then I have the usually mild allergies-pet dander, pollen, chocolate, 10 different types of grass. But its all good, I just don't go camping in the spring...lol. My mild allergies are MILD, like I can eat a pound of chocolate with out a problem. But they are like perscription meds, if I mix the wrong ones.....

Bet you always wanted to know that. When I hear a symphony, the air isn't filled with moving colorful shapes like it is for some people. But every sound has a definite color, and while I can't tell what shape it is I know if it is pointy or blunt.

oh, i didn't mean it that way... it's just that sometimes when you're high, you can see colors... which is why i said "i wonder what was in the tetnus shot". you see, my older sister used to be fairly fond of that kind of stuff, and when she was telling me to stay away from it, she said that it did weird things to you, like making you see music and things like that.

but i have actually heard of synesthesia (though i always have a tough time pronouncing it)... i have this favorite book called a mango-shaped space and the main character has it.

but i have a pollen and grass allergies... and thats about it.

it really makes me hate windy, summer days though... its so not fun...

So, I just went to St. Louis yesterday, passing through this place called Maryville. Today I was checking the news ticker, a Pastor was shot in front of his congregation, in Maryville. Thats kind of funky, creepy/weird, but funky, too.

My sister and I live with the same philosophy-stay active and eat whatever the hell you want. I'm going to die whether i like it or not, its better to live 70 enjoyable years than 80 miserable years. Besides, its all about moderation, I had a slice of chocolate cake for breakfast this morning with a tall glass of 2% milk. For lunch I had an AWESOMEfruit salad-ta da, everything is all better. We are both rather healthy people, we each get a few hours of exercise each week, especially when Anna Mae is playing with Chelsea and I'm playing with Jenny, or playing soccer in the park. I don't spend hours in the gym-I do things I enjoy. Anna Mae is a comfortable size 8 ladies while I am a comfortable size 32 mens....and we enjoy our food.

IT'S COMPUTERS!!! I'm officially blaming my computer for my weight gain.

Come on Hny, 27 is not "that age"....All you have to do is eat 5 or 6 small meals instead of 2-3 big meals +snacks. It'll raise your metabolism, even if you're behind a computer all day. I'm 6 foot 150ish lbs ±10 lbs I probably eat chocolate at least once a day. The key is not to weigh yourself after eating, or during the holidays , I'd die if I weighed myself after eating my chocolate chip x-mas cookies for 2 weeks. ...
