How about bringing back Jack Abbott's son, Keemo!!? Keemo is the son born in 1974 to Jack and his Vietnamese wife who he married while he was in the Vietnam War/Conflict--according to the storyline. Keemo was a really nice guy--like his mother. He'd be a great match for Lily. Not only was he a sweetie, he was tall and handsome.

I certainly hope this is read by the Y and R decision makers. I am too old to search these elaborate websites just to post a reply for something I like. But I made an exception here. I think it will be a grave error on shows like soaps that are now in the grave to take Victor off the show. It is leading that way. As for a funeral if not Victor's because some do not want to pay for quality, a common error that kills good shows, that the wedding will be Chloe renewing her vows or Adam marrying Sharon. To who will die, I can see Summer and mom get into accident and her dying though another great actress who needs a bad girl story line to be good. Then is will be Noah's or Sharon's blood needed for Faith to stay alive since her and Ashley will be in the other car. Adam deeply loving Sharon will confess to save Sharon's baby and heart break. Too bad they don't hire people with bad luck in real life for there are storylines that people live daily that could help the show and teach the world. Like Lilly and Cain, no harassment for being bi racial. I guess they don't show Y&R in Louisiana. Or the issue of PTSD and how it destroys families and the reality that the government doesn't take care of their own. Why don't woman who sleep with different men nights in a row like Sharon did during her drinking binge ever get sexually transmitted diseases. For another real life fact overlooked, why isn't Faith having trouble with alcohol syndrome which babies of moms with addiction face. She might have stopped but it only takes one drunken evening to do damage and if I recall Sharon was on a roll for a while. Now that brings to thought another trying storyline. Jack does marry Sharon, learns the baby his sis Ashley has is his loves, but though it would make his princess happy, would he betray his sister and risk losing the love of his life for her to return to her true love Nick? But without Kate Chancellor, Victor Newman, Jack, Nick, Victoria, Micheal there is no show. I am waiting to see where Ryder's mom is the Doc brought in to help Patty. She will kill Paul, Nicki, Jana and maybe Gloria though to see her working as a maid would be such a ratings bosster. But the Deacon storyline shows promise and sadly when one becomes too good they become boring like Phyllis and her son have become, the guy who is Gloria's hubby. I know shows need young actors cause it is ALLEDGED they are the consumers the advertisers seek but with the exception of the characaters Nick, Vicky, Chloe, the good looking grandson to drool over of Chancellor, & Deacon, possibly Abby, need a new Noah, no offense but he just doesn't look Newman, there are no younger actors on the show that can carry it. Good news for Chloe, seems her future is secure as the Chancelor's thorn in their side.

I also began watching in 1972, (so we are both old... LOL) and many times the actors have been replaced . Jack, Jill, gawd knows how many characters have been replaced.The writers are very talented to keep people watching (and that's what this is all about: commerce ) so dump old Eric B, his character is so mean-spirited.
