I think they were two separate episodes but can't remember which ones. Anybody know off the top of their head which ones? Did any show ever say how he injured it? Thanks

It was strongly implied that the injury occurred when he was in Kuwait during Desert Storm.I can't remember the episode, but I do remember the scene. Tony tells Kate that Gibbs had been using Ben-Gay on his knee and he could smell him coming. Gibbs was standing right behind him when he said it. It was in season 2, I think.

in which video Mister DPB spoke about that? Also i try to find again the video where he spoke how the headslaps appeared... when one day Mister Weatherly was jokin and Mister Harmon on the set headslapped him and then the headslaps appeared on the show, so if anybody knows where is that video... cunathfromfrance

Why would my DVD set of Season 1 not have the commentary ? I thought if a set was released with Special Features all the sets would have it ? You made me look at mine because i couldn't remember seeing it, only to realise my Season 1 doesn't have any commentary

You either select ON or OFF when that comes up. The mention of the commentary is a small blurb on the DVD slip cover, so it's easy to miss it on that.

Can you think of an episode with the commentary option, so i can check that specific episode ?

That's the only ep with commentary for season 1. Season 2 commentaries are on eps: The Bone Yard and Twilight. Season 3 commentaries are on eps: Kill Ari Part 1, Frame Up, Boxed In, and Bloodbath. Season 4 commentaries are on eps: Twisted Sister, Dead Man Walking, Skeletons, Cover Story, and Angel of Death. Season 5 commentaries are on eps: Bury Your Dead, Requiem, Dog Tags and Recoil.

She answers Kate broke up with her lawyer boyfriend and Gibbs has been really cranky. I think his knee is hurting him again

Right at this moment i am so mad i can bite off the heads of 20 Rattler's. Not my Season 1 nor Season 2 have any commentarys. I checkd the episodes you mentioned - NOTHING. I bought S1 and 2 at a reputable CD store in my country. 3,4 and 5 i ordered via Amazon and CBS direct. They are all OK with special features and commentaries. When i bought 1 and 2 i was still new (only woke up 4 yrs ago ! ) to NCIS and had no idea what should be on there or not. I cannot believe it. Had you not said anything i would never have known. I can only think they were cut in my country without the special features. I am seriously considering contacting them and tell them i want the originals with the commentaries. The sticker tab on the box shows it is from one of our major cinema distributors. I am furious !! and thanks for the heads up
