Jody, no Lily is not good at this point; the character has been woven into too many storylines for Lily to up and leave, and with the promise of Damian's imminent return Lily is vital. Noelle Beck is trying as hard as she can, and to give the girl a little credit, she hasn't been given much to work with aside from fighting with Holden and telling Lucinda to grow a pair. Given a storyline that is something new for Lily and having Beck play it might change a lot of minds. I admit, when she first came on I despised her because she simply wasn't Martha Byrne and then I realized that we all got a little spoiled with Martha. Every time she left, there was always that promise of her return that was dangled over us. Very sadly this isn't going to happen unless someone apologizes to someone and they all go to their separate corners, think about the greater good and come out and shake hands. In the interim we have to accept that Martha isn't coming back in the foreseeable future and that Noelle Beck is the Lily we will be watching.

I noticed NuLily and Holden aren't on that much lately.When Dusty came back and NuLily had that tray at metro and dropped it when he turned around wasn't that great at all.To tell you the truth I don't know how its going to be when Damian comes back but from what I've seen so far there will be no chemistry and again I will be thinking how great Paolo and Martha were together.I agree NuLily brings down the level.I watched some scenes with Luke and he has a lot of dialogue and then NuLily has 1 line "What do you mean" and then Luke or whomever she is speaking with has more dialogue.

1) Given the past incarnation of Jade and the SEVERAL Alison's we've been subjected to, I think that the ones we have now are a great relief. Truth be told, I love Marnie as Alison, the girl CAN act and if you were to go back and watch when she first came on you'd see a huge difference. She's was outright terrible to begin with but has grown into the role and made it her own. You make a great point.I used to watch B&B,they recycle everything.GL is horrible gave that up and now ATWT is having awful storylines.Why did Derek and Bonnie just disappear,Carly kept drinking those vodka shots and the writers made her look stupid.Brad and Katie and Vienna and Henry are good actors but their stories are going nowhere.Jack is married to Janet and she is hardly on and when she is,Janet has to be Jack's mother and tell him to behave when it comes to Carly.Sasha and her mother would be good to have on the show.What is going on with Holden,he says something and then just takes off somewhere.

Okay, I want to tell my experiences with As the world turns. When I was a little younger, I've watched the soap a long time. That was when JJ was kidnapped and so on. I don't know how long ago that was, but I know it was stunning and at that moment,I really loved the soap. Now, I sometimes see it when my mother is watching it, but that's not often, because I'm very busy with school. My opinion about the soap is that it's really believable. If you compare it to The bold and the beautiful, As the world turns is way better. I think, The bold and the beautiful is way too slowly. Brooke and Ridge are having a conversation in a whole week or so. In this soap they don't have real obvious subjects, but more about the model world. In As the world turns there are more subjects we can replace in daily life. So I like it and eh, Paul Ryan is an attractive man

In the first place, I was not the one wanting to know how to get to the CSI boards because I already know how to get to them. You were the one wanting the information. I was willing to impart that information in exchange for your solemn promise to go to those boards and not come back on these boards with "your little uneducated" self. It's nice to be able to show an extended view of a particular storyline, but hasn't this become too much of the norm these days on soaps? Whatever happened to having 3, 4 or even 5 simultaneous storylines that air daily and almost all of your cast partcipated? It seems like I am seeing about 15 regulars and about 10 extras per week. The remaining regular cast members are not heard from for as long as 4-6 months. It was nice to see Barbara again! Keep her where we can see her too! Show Lisa too! Otherwise, a knight in shining armor may have to rescue the "lost" members of ATWT and return them to Oakdale!

Oh Yeah. I am grieving, yet GL has pulled out alot to get their fans some closure, as well as the many actors that have been brought back together for this finale. ATWT will get TOM PELPHREY as a new character and BOY, THEY ought to be counting their blessings. This dude is amazing and adds his own twists and takes to scenes ala "Craig's" type , (emmywinner)but younger and truely awesome, which you probably already know. ATWT may be fortunate enough to get some OTHER actors from GL and get some good S/L'S w/o MEG, BLAH , unless some guy told her where to shove it! Yea JH, it's Dean. Myles and I have been on a first name basis for some time,LOL! I had the privledge to celebrate his 50th birthday on the phone with him. It was great he is so good to talk to in person (so to speak). I am hopeing Holden just dumps Lilly and moves on but I don't think that will happen anymore than we have seen the last of PEG, ugh! Anyway, do TPTB at CBS read these?Ijust wanted to make sure they were aware how many dedicated viewers there are out there for As The World Turns.

The current storylines are really going well Ithink - I love how the Henry/ Barbara/ Audrey storyline is so well entertwined with the Liberty/ Janet/ Ralph situation. It is great when so many characters are involved in one expanded storyline. The recent Lily/ Holden/ Damian storyline was really good stuff as well, however ridiculous. Best of all it has been great to see Barbara front and center so much recently... Iknow that Audrey's characterand Maeve's characterwill be leaving Oakdale soon and that is a total shame. The were both abreath of fresh air.

On the flipside, I am sure though that we are all excited to see Maura West return as Carly - and the build-up is getting good with Craig and Rosanna up to their miserable tricks yet again - what a pair!

My only complaint is that the storylines are so good right now that a lot of our other favorite characters are lost in the shuffle. Whatever happened to Dr. Bob?The storyline with Allison earlier this year was great, but we have never seen the fall-out of what actually happened to his health?Mattie was one for only 2 episodes and is nowhere to be seen?Noah, Luke, etc. have all been sidelined as well. Hopefully the Hughes family can be brought back into the fold since their recent storylines were so good.

Great to see Jessica recently too - but all to brief. Looking forward to what comes next. Thanks for keeping the show going. We love to see the veterans in action and love to see the drama turned up a notch - which seems to have been recently. (More catfights, and schemes - all we need now is another good city-wide who-dunnit.)Will anyone ever investigate what happened to James as well?There seemed to be a good moment with Lucinda where she walked in on something at the police station? Hopefully this will all be explained too.

Have you been reading these posts at least or some before posting yours?Curious.I have yet to run across anyone that LIKES AUDREY.SHE and RALPH the CREEP...Lynn Herring and Stuart Damon..from GH..worked w/Jon Lindstrom(Craig) when he played twins on GH, are NOT fan favs.Most PPL feel Audrey is a perv mama murderer and Ralph is a Creep. We know characters are in this s/l to drive certain plots,Katie will loose Brad to a mucked up shooting that requires Jack to go on a spiritual journey(time off)..BUT JACK is a BORE W/Janet anyway.We miss Carly.I Like Craig, but his sense of business that normally would've sniffed Ralph has gone lame over gaga for boring prude Rosanna..Go Away...No stay...She can't decide. Liberty is gonna miscarry that baby for sure...NO PRENATAL care.Janet the control freak DOESN'T LISTEN to her. Hi pal, Our family is blessed with great connections to Live Nation and the sports clubs here so we fortunately see some concerts and ball games WE WOULD never otherwise be able.Though I call it a 5 yr investment(college) as "our one and only honeymoon kid, made in mexico"..hehe..son works there and he has other connections,,,lucky for him and us..and he's only 21!! I finally watched a full episode Nov 5 and I thought it was good.I think some of the posters could definetly make the show better because Meg would definetly be gone and Lily would be recast or written off the show.I learn how smart the viewers are when Iread some of the posts i.e. Brad would be in icu and Katie wouldn't be in a room right across from him.Brad would have had fans show up at his funeral,Craig/Rosanna wouldn't have confessed their love at his funeral,the fans could defintely make the show more enjoyable.

I know you "GET IT"..Sometimes it IS good...but These Daytime shows...at least ATWT and GL used to seem to have more pro contractors or whatever to make the actors that play prosessionals or the set ppl would know all this stuff.We, the fans would just sit and watch and enjoy. Eventhough we have the Net and Interactive viewing(here watch n chat),MB'S..and such WHY WOULD SO many now complain more than not? My grandmother and Mother would write snail mail or call if they were upset about anything if they couldn't go there.(Not mostlyTV...but I recall my G-Ma writing some Movie Mag because she was mad at Liz Taylor ..for what?) Guess they are cutting or have cut their medical/legal,etc consultants..seems so if only a handful show for a funeral. The thing is, this is a serial and it can, like you said be good because it isn't like a play that is done the same over and over.It feels like they are rushing some things and others not fast enough(RALPH).
