I was visiting the Late Show Letterman newsgroup on the internets and was reading the thread started by Late Show writer Bill Scheft. He introduced the above website created by the Late Show writers to keep loyal fans abreast of what was happening on the picket line. One reader of the new website, and a known Wahoo reader, responded to Mr. Scheft about the website:
"Dear Late Show Writers:
Thank you for giving us something funny to read while we patiently
wait for the Big Show to return."
Sigh. What am I doing here, writing an obituary column?
I stopped by the WGAE picketing site today and dropped off two dozen bagels for the hoard. Since I can no longer feed the pigeons here in New York, I decided to feed the writers. I hope they don't
