Sarah Kruger grew up in the small town of Hesperia, California. Sarah has many favorite things but to name a few she loves playing with her dogs, shopping, kickboxing, playing beach volleyball, and eating Dove Dark Chocolate. Acting became part of her life at the age of thirteen, starting like most actresses do, in high school theater. Most recently Sarah has worked on "The New Adventures of Old Christine," "What I Like About You," "Joey," "Listen Up," "24" and "Passions."

Sarah attended California State University Fullerton and majored in Theater. While attending college she met the love of her life, Jason. As she studied acting she was encouraged by many instructors to continue auditioning in Hollywood. Since then she has had the opportunity to work with actors such as Keifer Sutherland, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander, and Matt LeBlanc!

Sarah is looking forward to this fantastic opportunity of being the Host of "Hook Me Up" and she can't wait for all of the adventures and funny clips that this show has in store for her!
