Meet our elite panel of AMAZING RACE experts, former Racers who discuss the finer points of the Race. This is a live, ongoing blog, so come back often to see what they're talking about.

Al Rios can't say enough good things about his experience on THE AMAZING RACE 4. "THE AMAZING RACE has been one of the most exciting events that I have been a part of," says Al. "It really gave me an appreciation of the world and my country, family and friends."

As one half of the popular "Clown Team," Al still has a fan following of sorts today. "I was just on a cruise ship and a lady came up to me and asked if I was one of the clowns from THE AMAZING RACE," he shares. "It absolutely surprises me each time, but I learned that THE AMAZING RACE has an extremely large and loyal fan base and I love to meet and talk with them [whenever I can]."

Al resides in Long Island, New York, but continues to travel frequently with the cruise lines he performs on. He directs murder mystery dinner theater on the ships as well. In addition, when he's on dry land, Al works as a substitute special education teacher, which he loves dearly. "I have actually used my experiences on THE AMAZING RACE in teaching history, geography and learning about the world in many of my lessons and find that the students love it."

In his spare time, Al is involved in a lot of reality charity events where he has had the chance to meet contestants from other reality shows. He also keeps in touch with many former Racers from THE AMAZING RACE 4 including Millie & Chuck, Steve & Dave, Cindy, Kelly & Jon, Chip and, of course, Jon. "Jon and are hoping for an AMAZING RACE reunion or All-Stars and hope we would get invited back," he shares

Although Al keeps saying that he is going to get a job that doesn't require so much travel, he likes what he does too much and shows no signs of slowing down. When he's not working, Al enjoys "going into New York City and seeing shows, eating, hanging out with friends, going to movies, keeping up on reality shows (especially THE AMAZING RACE), cooking and just goofing around, laughing and having a blast wherever I may be."
