Shannon "Brushed" Aside; Kent Drives to HoH Status
Elsewhere the HouseGuests are trying to figure out the mystery that is Krista. Regarding her House status, Krista says, "Automatically I was a country girl that didn't know that much." Kent notes that Krista uses her sexuality to attract the guys, which has certainly worked on Hardy and Mike. Hardy calls her "sexy, but it's her personality." Mike tries desperately to get Krista to share a bed with him and predicts a first kiss between them within 10 days. Krista says that there's no time for relationships within the game, but ends up kissing him anyway. Krista also votes to evict Shannon.
In an interview, Will's mother kids about her son's "big hair problem." She then defends him, saying that "the other players are intimidated and jealous" of him, but that his personality on the show "isn't a true representation. He's playing the game as Evil Will." Shannon's mom blames the House problems on the fact that Shannon isn't "into sitting around and talking about girl things." She's proud of Shannon for using Hardy's toothbrush to clean the toilet, calling it something she would have done herself. But there may be trouble in paradise. Shannon's mom doesn't like Will and can't believe she "traded Jim for him."
