Boogie Gets the Boot; Hardy Returns to HoH
The group gathers to talk with host Julie Chen. Asked to assess Kent as HoH, Hardy says, "Overall he did a pretty good job, but there are things I would've done differently." Krista is asked how she feels about her nomination and lets loose, "Kent tried to get alliances going, but they blew up in his face." All Heads of Household agree that it is not a fun position to hold. Hardy says being HoH causes "enduring pain" and everyone wants your ear. Nicole says, "You'll most likely make more enemies than friends." This is illustrated when Hardy and Mike both comment on how Kent has become a different, less agreeable person since he won HoH. This doesn't stop Nicole and Monica from wanting to be the next HoH. (Monica on house politics ) Monica doesn't want it for the strategy, just for the perks, like pictures from home, while Nicole simply says, "I want it so bad I can taste it." Maybe they should talk to Kent about how difficult being HoH truly is. In an interview with Julie, he says he has no regrets nominating Mike and Krista, but that there isn't a lot in the house for him to relate to because of his age. "I don't think there are advantages to being the oldest in the house," he says.
