SECOND VOTE
In the second round of voting, Eric and Chiara both vote to evict Lori, while Jason, mindful of the $3,000, votes to evict Amy. With six votes in, Amy and Lori are tied at three votes apiece.

As the first eviction vote of BIG BROTHER 3 comes to a head, some people who know the ins and outs of the game better than anybody make a return appearance: Nicole, Hardy, Autumn and Kent from BIG BROTHER 2. Nicole is a DJ on a local radio station, while still happily married to Jeff. She used some of her runner-up winnings to go on a cruise immediately after BIG BROTHER 2 ended. Of the HouseGuests she lived with, Hardy is the only one she keeps in touch with regularly. Hardy has done some modeling and even did some commercial work with Shannon, despite her unsanitary use of his toothbrush last year. He says that they're not adversaries anymore and maintain a cordial relationship; he also declares that he's "single and available." Autumn is still pursuing her singing career, as the lead singer in a local group and chases her dream of a record deal. She is still with Tony, and her son Justice is doing very well. Autumn also admits to being "mortified" by some of the events that occurred during her time in the BIG BROTHER 2 House, and that she fought an eating disorder after leaving the House. She has since learned how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Kent keeps in touch with Bunky and with the people who send him autograph requests from around the world. He's starting a venture with Autumn, Sheryl and Bunky called "Reality on the High Seas," an opportunity for fans of the show to sail with their favorite HouseGuests. Of the BIG BROTHER 3 HouseGuests, Nicole isn't fond of Josh, and Hardy thinks that Amy is "a little much." Kent warns that Tonya should stay away from "pins and sharp objects" and Autumn hopes that Jason and his "wholesome heart" prevail.

THIRD VOTE
In the third round of voting, Marcellas and Josh split their votes, with Marcellas choosing to evict Lori and Josh, standing by the promise he made on the love of his girlfriend, votes to evict Amy. Voting is now tied at four votes each, with Roddy's vote waiting in the wings.

Julie Chen breaks the news to the group that Lori has been evicted by a vote of 5-4. Given one minute to leave the House, Lori exchanges hugs and kisses with all her fellow HouseGuests and is philosophical about leaving, saying, "It's all for a reason, you know?" She crosses the courtyard out of the House and sits down for an interview with Julie Chen. Lori says she wasn't surprised that she was nominated, but that she didn't know "what to believe in that House." She tells Julie that she's not disappointed with anyone's actions in the House, but worries about what she might have done if she had stayed in longer. "The longer I was in the House, the more bases I would have had to cover," she says before watching the farewell testimonials from the other HouseGuests.

With the first eviction over, the HouseGuests compete for the right to become the next Head of Household. The Competition is called "In the House" and requires the HouseGuests to answer questions relating to items and events that occurred in the House, using props to signify different rooms. Josh, Roddy and Danielle were knocked out on the third question ("In which room did Lisa first reveal the nomination box?"), with Eric following on the fourth and Jason on the sixth. Question seven stumps Gerry, Tonya and Chiara, leaving Amy and Marcellas in contention. They both get question eight correct before Amy misses number nine ("In which room is there a painting of a chair?"), giving the HoH title to Marcellas. On Saturday, Marcellas, targeted for eviction within hours of the start of the game, gets to put two HouseGuests on the chopping block. Will he strike back at those who tried to remove him from the game or will he follow another strategy? Tune in to BIG BROTHER 3 on Saturday night at 8:00 PM to find out!
