THE NEW LISA
Inheriting this power is another step for the "new" Lisa, who emerged after Eric's eviction when she found out Chiara voted against her. The new Lisa is more willing to play the game deviously and enjoys "making people squirm." Lisa talks to Chiara in the HoH room to clear the air, once and for all, of the fallout from Chiara's betrayal. Lisa tells Chiara that "last week was last week" and is willing to move on, but Chiara still wants to "make amends." Lisa sees through Chiara's efforts, saying, "A liar gives more information than they need to." After they talk, Lisa goes into the bedroom with Marcellas and Danielle. They discuss the fact that Lisa knows that Chiara lied. Danielle suggests that the way to get rid of Chiara is to get rid of Roddy. Lisa agrees, calling Roddy her "backbone," and saying that he's more "dangerous" than she is.

BITTER RETURN?
Gerry tells Chiara over a load of laundry in the backyard that he's not crazy about the idea of an evicted HouseGuest returning to the game. He doesn't like the fact that they got to go to Mexico while he stayed behind and "endured" in the House. Chiara agrees, wondering why anyone wants to return if all they did was make fun of them in their videos. Not everyone feels that way, though. "I'd welcome anyone back," Jason says, wondering what they've been doing since they left. Marcellas misses Amy, and says that her presence in the House "brightened" him. Josh thinks that if Tonya came back, the girls would gang up on the guys, making the House like a "women in prison flick."

Josh's humorous side is an important aspect of him to the other HouseGuests. Roddy calls him a "clown," and Jason says that he's never laughed as hard as he did the first few days with Josh. But Chiara sees him differently. She agrees that he's funny, but says she thinks there's a "deep sadness in him." Roddy agrees, saying that Josh is a "softie inside, and that's why I like him." Josh shows his softer side to Roddy, telling him that he loves him. Josh says that he doesn't have a lot of friends, but he cherishes the ones that he does have. Roddy assures him of their friendship, and Josh says through tears that he doesn't want to be in the House if Roddy were to get voted out.

"LOOK INTO YOUR HEART"
Before the Veto Meeting, Josh talks to Lisa, trying to get her to take Roddy off the block, saying that he doesn't deserve to be nominated. Josh is upset that Chiara has used his affection for Roddy against them both by nominating them together, and begs Lisa to consider saving him. As he walks away, he implores her, "look into your heart."

Lisa calls the meeting to order and gives Roddy a chance to speak first. Roddy tells Lisa he knows she has a tough decision to make and that he'll respect it, no matter what she chooses to do. Josh uses his opportunity to unload on Chiara. He starts by saying, "this week of deceit has been unfairly done." He points out to the other HouseGuests that Chiara, who questioned his trustworthiness, has voted against him after swearing she wouldn't, nominated her boyfriend for eviction, initiated a "smear campaign" against Lisa and tried to vote her out, and promised never to nominate him for eviction.

Lisa tells Josh that she's going to honor Chiara's nominations because her "heart doesn't hear his words." Afterwards, a stunned Chiara asks for support from Danielle and Lisa, who give it, but are faking it. "Chiara and Roddy think they're forgiven if we still act nice to her," Lisa says. Roddy calls Josh's outburst an "appetizer," and thinks the "main course" may be coming on Thursday during the live evictions. Josh says that with his time left in the House, he's "going to try and hurt her they way she hurt me. I want to make her feel as worthless as she is."

With so much animosity running through the House, how will the voting go? Will Chiara get her intended unanimous eviction of Josh, or will she get the shock of her life and watch Roddy walk out the door? Which evicted HouseGuest will win the chance to return to the game? All this and more on Thursday night's live episode of BIG BROTHER 3! Be there!
