TIPSY WITH POWER
Just minutes after Alison's victory in the Veto Competition, Erika dramatically falls to her knees and begs for safety from Alison, who seems to be relishing her powerful position. Later, as she sips on a beer, Alison taunts Robert, saying to him: "You thought you were getting rid of me." After he leaves the room, Alison--in her most sinister voice--says: "Fear me now, motherf***er." But what will Alison do with her power? As usual, she's playing both sides, making both Jun and Erika believe they're safe. Alison admits that she "promised them both" she'd take them to the finals, and now that she is forced to finally pick a side, she acknowledges that she's "screwed."
Taking a break from the game, if only for a moment, the HouseGuests gather 'round the plasma screen to learn what America's Choice Question is. As soon as they realize that one of them will be receiving a phone call from home, the floodgates open up and the three women start crying. Erika says that "a loving voice" would be nice, after going over two months without hearing from their friends and family.
ESCAPE FROM BIG BROTHER
It's time for a Luxury Competition, and the HouseGuests are dressed in prison stripes, complete with a ball and chain strapped to one ankle. The prize, a tour of Los Angeles via the Goodyear Blimp, goes to the two "prisoners" who make it through an obstacle course in the fastest time. With balls and chains slowing them down, the HouseGuests must crawl through mud, climb through a sewer pipe, make it through a bunjie wall and maneuver under barbed wire in order to win the chance to escape.
Rob goes first, and does pretty well with a time of 1:58. Erika is next, and because she's "not crazy about heights," she takes her sweet time, completing the course in 2:49. Jun is up next, and knocks Robert out of first place with a time of 1:20. Ali, who says she didn't want to stay behind with Erika, finishes with the fastest time of 1:02, and she and Jun win the ride on the blimp.
When the prisoners go back inside the House after the Competition, they find a T-Mobile phone sitting on the coffee table. A little while later, the phone rings, and Robert answers it, hearing his daughter Elena's voice for the first time in over two months. Robert, revealing a paternal side his housemates have not seen before, comforts his crying daughter, telling her: "I think about you every day." Bleeding hearts Erika and Jun cry as they listen to Robert console his daughter, but Robert manages to fight back tears until after he hangs up with Elena. He later says that the phone call "meant everything" to him.
UP, UP AND AWAY!
Jun and Alison are thrilled to finally "get out of the House" after being cooped up inside, and they happily put on blindfolds and exit the House. The door has barely closed when Erika turns to Robert and says, "The crazy lunatic bitches are gone!"
Jun and Ali arrive at the blimp and, after a harrowing takeoff, take to the skies over Los Angeles. As Robert and Erika sit in the backyard, they see the blimp fly above them, and Jun and Ali get a bird's eye view of the House. Robert and Erika read the banner on the blimp, which congratulates them for making it to the Final Four. Despite experiencing a bit of airsickness, Jun and Alison have a great time and return a while later to resume their places inside the walls of the BIG BROTHER House.
Jun and Alison return to the game--and to their gossiping ways--talking trash about Erika, and calling her "sneaky." Later, Erika denies any connection with Robert to Alison and says that more than anything, she wants to "get rid of Robert." Alison's floating seems to be working, and she has Jun believing that she hates Erika, and Erika believes that Ali hates Jun. But even Alison isn't sure of what her next move will be, and she says, "You never know what I'm going to do. I'm the unexpected."
Will Alison use the Power of Veto? And if so, whom will she evict? Find out LIVE on Wednesday, at 9 pm ET/PT, only on BIG BROTHER 4!
