THE OLD PINKIE SWEAR RUSE
Meeting with Janelle, James has her questioning Howie's efforts in recent competitions. James is a stronger competition player, but can she trust him? James is on a mission as he continues his manipulation marathon, returning to work on Ivette again. He bare-facedly lies as he tells her that he has secured Janelle's vote against Howie. Ivette is impressed and falls for his "pinkie swear." James laughs over his puppetry-playing, but that's what the game demands.
Host Julie Chen chats with the remaining HouseGuests, posing viewer questions to Maggie, Ivette and Beau. Viewers want to know how Maggie is losing weight, and who the worst permanent housemate would be for Beau, and for Ivette, who does she miss the most from home? Mags reveals she is running off the pounds in the Gym, Beau elects untidy Janelle as the worst roomie, and Ivette misses her "beautiful girlfriend Maggie."
BUSTO WAS HER NAME-O
We revisit the high- and low-lights of April's journey to HoH, watching as she repeats herself with often-meaningless protestations. "You know what I'M saying," she asks, having absorbed Ivette's favorite slogan. Even her now-evicted partner Jen admits, "You talk too much," and her sorority sisters heartily agree as they display photos of April's pre-implant college days. April's darling husband Matt shows great humor over his wife's game-play, but takes umbrage with Howie's accusations that he is fat. "I am big-boned, not fat," he insists haughtily. Matt thinks April is turning into GI Jane, showing them her true grit by winning the HoH and the PoV last week.
Julie chats with April about life as HoH. April's reveals her strategy: to fly under the radar and avoid eviction as long as possible. Running over her thoughts on her housemates, April confesses to a partnership with Maggie, a secret pairing that they want to "keep under wraps" for the moment.
