THE WORM TURNS
April sits on the block in place of brainy blonde bombshell Janelle. April admits "it's nerve-wracking" to find herself in the nomination seat. Howie and Janey work on a way to sway Ivette, devising a plan akin to a movie plot, which Howie christens, "The Clones Turn on the Jedis." The script reads thusly: Clone Ivette turns on April and then on Maggie, leaving good Jedis Howie and Janey in the final three. "It's time to go to the dark side of the Force" Howie whispers.
From the HoH Room, Mags and April watch Howie and Janey "kissing ass" with Ivette. April admits that, due to history with Ivette, she is not certain of her ally, but doesn't think the Sovereigns have a shot at turning her. Howie details the "get-rich scheme" of winning the half-million-dollar prize money. Howie runs down the game plan: if Ivette keeps them in the house, they will guarantee her final three. This would mean a win for Ivette because of the Friendship-stacked jury. "You are in a position now to win a lot of money," he reminds Ivette, assuring her that if her Friendship crew are true friends, they will remain her friends no matter what she does in the BIG BROTHER 6 house. Ivette is moved to admit, "I don't know what Maggie and April are doing. I only know what I am doing."
Ivette retires to the HoH Room, where she tells Mags and April about the Sovereign's proposal. April shows her true colors as she snipes, "Everyone in this house deserves the money. I have credit cards…. You can't sit here and say anyone is in dire need over somebody else." Her comment provokes Ivette to carp, "April has always said she doesn't care about the money. And the closer we get, the more she talks about the money." Ivette later tearfully declares, "There's nothing more that I would want than to win this for my family…to see the relief on their faces that I have pulled through for them." Ivette starts to consider getting rid of April.
