HAT TRICK: YANKEE DOODLE JANEY
Janelle calls the girls into the Living Room to watch the America's Choice video. The three stars of TWO AND A HALF MEN, Charlie Sheen, Angus T. Jones and Jon Cryer, welcome the HouseGuests to America's Choice. After viewing a funny clip and a recap of the prize, Charlie Sheen announces that America has decided which HouseGuest wins the trip to the TWO AND A HALF MEN set: Janelle.
The Friends are livid that the golden girl wins once again and gets to leave the house in a limo. "She's two-for-two on the safes and three-for-three in America's Choice," Ivette whines. "I just feel like a crappy person," April weeps. "We're such good people." She can't understand why America would prefer Janelle. Ivette also wonders how America doesn't love all-American Maggie, a nurse who is dating a firefighter, or April, a country girl from Texas. Ivette complains that she is "constantly doing unselfish acts," and yet America is not recognizing any of their "hearts." "(Janelle) has no morals and not a bit of a soul," Ivette criticizes. "How can America like a girl--oh, are you taping this?" April asks in the Diary Room. "Yes," Mags adds, "watch what you say." April decides not to finish her sentence.
Janelle knows the Friends will be bitching about her back in the BIG BROTHER house, but doesn't care. After she arrives at the studio, her tour of the TWO AND A HALF MEN set includes an introduction to the live audience and a chat with stars Charlie Sheen, Angus T. Jones and Jon Cryer. Janey is given a shirt signed by the cast and crew, and watches the taping of the show. She is treated like a celebrity and soaks up her moment in the sun.
Back in the BIG BROTHER 6 house, the Friends work themselves into a frustrated rant. April accuses Janelle of having a hedonist life, taking shots at her waitress work and single lifestyle. Their jealousy and antipathy towards Janelle is palpable.
When she returns to the BIG BROTHER 6 house, Janey admits, "I enjoyed rubbing my experience in their face." The Friends welcome her back coolly, with tight smiles and tense laughter. "I just want to thank America again for supporting me in this game," Janelle smiles.
