I'm not seeing the show. Is there something wrong with my computer?
If you can't see the webcast, there are several possible reasons. House Calls streams for half an hour Monday through Friday, starting at 1PM ET/10AM PT. If you are on the home page of the BIG BROTHER website during this time period, you will see the embedded video player. If you are on the page at this time and do not see the video window, click the "REFRESH" button on your browser.
In order to view House Calls, you need the latest version of RealPlayer installed on your machine. To download the latest free version, go to www.real.com and follow the links. RealPlayer 8 will not work with the streams.
Some browsers and operating systems are not supported by Real. If you are on an older computer or using an obscure or outdated browser, you may have to upgrade to watch the show.
Why can't I see House Calls on my office computer?
It is possible that your office uses a protective firewall that blocks you from receiving the streams. This is set up by your network administrator and is not related to the House Calls webcast.
Why can't I hear anything?
In order to hear sound on your computer, you must have a sound card installed and speakers or headphones connected. If you have audio devices connected, check the control panels for audio and make sure that the volume is turned up and the sound is not muted.
I missed the show. Will it be repeated?
All the episodes of House Calls are available on the Big Brother website in the House Calls Archive video section. The archived version of the episode will be posted a few hours after the completion of each show.
