 | Jun 7/27/06 11:09 am Where in the world is Winston anyway? And where did Karen go? I miss her... |
 |
 | Dana 7/27/06 9:33 am Ah, yes my friend - this is very true. You did know how to "stir-the-pot". How many cooking references can we use before it's old? LOL.
By the way - doesn't Winston's shadow look like George?
Can't wait for the show tonight! |
 |
 | Jun 7/26/06 11:25 pm Yes Dana...YOU ARE MY GIRL TOO...however, I was also Ms. Add-Fuel-To-The-Fire...BIG difference from my Uncle Chicken George. I do know where you're coming from though :).
I believe there are enough decent -sized targets out there that taking out Will right now is a NECESSITY. Take him out NOW. I won't change my mind about that.
Poor Jase. Yeah, good going kid...lose your cool and freak evreyone out...nice way to solidy your spot on the nomination block. Idiot. Has he been sneaking "Scott pills?" |
 |
 | Dana 7/26/06 2:10 pm
Oh Dear! With all due respect Jun - you're my girl and everything...but um, you were little Miss Kitchen-Cook-A-Lot and look where you ended up? HAHA!! You played the "oh I'm harmless, I'm just here to cook for everybody" card, and it worked! AND I've applauded you repeatedly for it!
HOWEVER - I am BIG FAN of getting rid of the quiet kids - the "floaters" if you will. You never do know what they're up to, and by the time you figure it out - they're usually quite cozy in the BB house. I've always said - why get rid of the "loud" ones when you can always find them?!? It's the quiet kids you have to keep your eye on. I'd rather have a loud-mouth like Jase or Will running around, it's hard to lose track of their kind.
BUT I still for the life of me can't figure out why James would do Kaysar's dirty work. Neither Will NOR Jase was after James...so why? Why not leave them around to take out Kaysar and Janelle? What is James gonna do it himself? ha! I think not. He's looking out for his "alliance"? Wasn't it James who said BB is not a team sport? I can't wait for the 6ers to have to start trimming the fat. Buh bye James...thanks for playing. And you're all kidding yourselves if you think that Kaysar was so dedicated to the veto for his "team". He doesn't trust James ONE BIT, and did not want to risk Will or George saving themselves and James going AWOL and putting Kaysar up! That would have been awesome though...really.
I'm still rooting for Will. The more everybody else PISSES ME OFF...the more I want to see him take it all down! Has everyone in that house forgotten about Danielle?
By the way - I still think that that I'm like the only person on the planet that isn't on the Kaysar bandwagon. Better yet -- rooting for Will. LMAO.
(FOR THE RECORD: none of my comments are personal attacks or support for anybody! My opinions are stictly based on the game - not my feelings on anybody outside of the house - Will is not somebody I'll be inviting to my wedding if you catch my drift.) |
 |
 | Jun 7/26/06 12:06 pm Oh, thems fightin' words Jack. Are you trying to tell me that Will's just putting on an act? Maybe he's afraid his pre-BB botox treatment won't hold up for 3 months and he wants to get the heck out of there...
Chances are, Will's not going anywhere. And after this week i'm not rooting for anyone. None of them deserve to win if they don't get rid of Will now. How and why George became Big Brother Enemy #1 I don't know... |
 |
 | Jack 7/25/06 10:53 pm Kaysar, who really didn't have a dog in the veto fight, could have saved his hair if he'd listened to George and bowed out when it was down to the two of them. George whispered his support to Kaysar, who ignored him and went to the shears trying to save James' tepid, mousy nomination of the Chicken Man. Enter Jase (exit Jase?) through the back door once again. The boy was not born for jury duty. For a sighting of Chill Town's placenta, just follow the yellow brick road, where you will find Will, the Wizard of Botox, cowering behind a screen pretending to be all-knowing and fear-worthy. Pull the screen back and you'll find a harmless head of hot air. Join me in a prayer to the Big Brother gods that Will survives this week so that he can later ooze into the jury pool, where sequestered, he can gaze by the hour into his favorite surface, a mirror, and proclaim that he doesn't want to be there. For once, he'll be telling the truth. |

 | Jun 7/24/06 3:45 pm So...i'm working my way around a Mr. Softee right now...needed an ice cream break with all the serious work I'm doing here (hopefully my boss doesn't check these blogs :)
I hope my message didn't get lost...but i'll translate:
Karen, save your "lists" for your fabulous website...let's stick to dishing on All-Stars, no matter how bitter we are... |
 |
 | Jun 7/24/06 3:20 pm I don't know girl...I think you're crazy. I think there are still plent of targets out there. I'd make it my j-o-b to take out Will's Booger...I'd be proud of that accomplishment...
Softee?!?! Softee?!?! Darn it...you're right. I should just go with my gut...I just figured the Badlands reference was sting enought...besides...I thought had laced everything with enough sarcasm...hold on, need to regroup. |
 |
 | Dana 7/24/06 3:09 pm Ha, well at the risk of being banished to "boogie"-land, I guess I am the ONLY one that wants to see Will and Boogie stay for a while. If for only entertainment purposes, then so be it. But with the exception of 1 or 2 at most - the rest of that crew is a total bore! zzzzz
In my opinion - James should make that deal with Will et al, because as he even admitted himself --- the minute BB6 needs to start sacrificing themselves to the BB Gods, James is the first one to go. He is completely expendable to Kaysar, Janelle and Howie. And Chill-Town is after those 3 before James anyway. Why not keep someone around to go after them for you? James is the one saying BB isn't a team sport. And he can save face (and potential votes) by leaving someone else in the house to take out the bigger targets on his team.
Call me crazy...that's how I'm seeing it right now.
OMG, I can't believe Jun has turned into a total softee ;) |
 |
 | Jun 7/24/06 11:48 am Karen, I can't believe you didn't think I was funny! You are, after all, a comedian. Where's your sense of humor? Anyway...has anyone told you that you have a Sissy Spacek quality about you (think Badlands)...
Although I don't agree with James' choice in putting up Chicken George, I can kinda see where he's coming from. If I caught someone eavesdropping on me I'd want to teach 'em a lesson too. Personally I would have put up Will's special friend up there with him...after all what's a life partner for if you can't share the nomination block?

 | Karen 7/23/06 11:15 pm Hey Jun, Didn’t use a Thesaurus and what do you mean by cut and paste? If you are referring to the Quotes, that’s one of the things I do! I write and perform comedy. Last year I posted Top Ten lists pertaining to that season. I received requests for some more this year but I thought I’d try something different. There just jokes! You made me feel bad about trying to have some fun. They asked us to be funny. Hi Jack.
|
 |
 | Jack 7/23/06 10:20 pm With a backbone so mushy you could suck it through a straw, James nominated George for eviction along with pawn Will, concocting a strange brew of chicken and duck, of Midwest and Hollywood, or square and hip, earnest and glib. James should be forced to eat this bizarre soup with a knife. I'm rooting for underdog George to top the menu. However, to be fair, I prefer the new James to the old James of last season. The new James lies without his fingers being coiled around a Bible. |
 |
 | Jun 7/23/06 5:34 pm Oh Jack. Noone can say you lack tact :). I'm so glad you're here...
I don't think ANYONE is very happy in that house right now, which scares me because it's still so early! |
 |
 | Jack 7/23/06 9:53 am Karen, I'm humbled by your sojourn through the English language. If money does not buy happiness, lack of money doesn't buy it either. Is anyone happy in the BB7 House? Anyone? |
 |
 | Jun 7/22/06 6:07 pm Dude...Karen...where are you coming from? Did you just get your first thesaurus? After your first post here I figured you'd get with the program as far as this blog went...cutting/pasting is not cool...
I don't know you personally but yikes, I'm havinga hard time establishing a genuine reciprocal relationship with you...
None of us here are fortune tellers...it's all good fun... |

It is impossible to have a genuine cerebral discussion or be analytical of a “TV Show” who’s outcome is based more so on mitigating, extraneous circumstance than on any physiologically calculated, strategic moves the “Cast Members” THINK they are making. It’s like trying to predict what Fonzie would do on an episode of Happy Days! With that being said, it’s time for jokes! My Webmaster has been getting requests at my website (karenoneilganci.com) for more Top Ten lists. That’s so last year! Here’s some, hopefully funny, Karen Quotes…
1. Follow your dreams unless in your dreams you’re naked and holding a rubber chicken! 2. Believe in yourself unless you think you’re a Jedi Knight! 3. Money can’t buy happiness unless that happiness is a vacation in Bermuda! 4. Bite the bullet but just gently enough not leave marks ballistics can trace! 5. What’s good for the goose is to stop serving him for Christmas Dinner! 6. The true test of a man is a polygraph! 7. Life is like a Barrel of Monkeys trying to get through customs! 8. Thou shall not covet thy neighbor’s wife unless she’s hot! 9. Where’s there’s smoke there’s a barbecue you weren’t invited to! 10. Reach out and touch someone unless they have a restraining order against you!

I believe James will nominate Will's Booger.
James is very calculated in everything he does...and if he follows through on the all of his beliefs, then he will do the right thing and put up that ambiguously “happy” duo.
Sigh…floaters…can’t live with them…but oh, can’t live without ‘em. Now that seasons have passed and we’ve seen them in action, the time has come to define them a little further. Floaters have evolved and personally, I don’t believe that Chicken George and Diane are floaters. They’re like the opposite..like…um, paperweights?
Floaters are the ones who are making decisions by winning (i.e. Erika, Jase) and adding value in strategy sessions (i.e. Marcellus, Danielle, Will’s Booger). Just because they’re not showboating and trying to dominate every facet of life in the BB house, DOES NOT mean they are easy prey in competitions. When it comes to competitions, there’s a bit of luck and the rest is selectivity. There’s always a percentage of HGs who want to win and those who don’t “need” that win yet, per se.
Ivette, if it were that easy to take people out when you want, there wouldn’t be only one winner of the half mil. Being a floater and winning competitions are not mutually exclusive.
With that said…as former players we here on the blog know that our job is to first - win the half million and secondly, it’s to entertain America. We don’t HAVE to do the second part…it’s an added bonus of sorts.
This is why I agree with so many folks out there about Will. He might be icky, but he’s providing entertainment AND is virtually being handed free weeks in the house. Maybe his botox treatments also provide a BB force-field of protection.
Great, now I’m starting with the Howie-speak…
I hope James makes the right decision…

Expletive! Expletive! Expletive! I really wanted Danielle to win that HOH competition! I have to say though I am glad it went to James since Danielle didn’t win it. BUT…what will James do? That is the big question for me at the moment. Did I not hear James just last week talking with Janelle about how Kaysar should have put up Will and Mike Boogie? I think I did…several times in fact. So here it is buddy! Let’s see if James can step up to the plate and do what needs to be done. I am dedicating the song “Man Up” from the “Hustle & Flow” soundtrack to James this week. I can’t wait to see if he will play it like a man and nominate real threats, or if he will play it like a baby and nominate floaters. And I agree with Ivette on that. Why are they trying to evict all of the floaters this early. Those are the people who are usually most easily swayed. Why not keep them until later and dump the good hard core threats in the beginning? Although I am not a big Season 6 Alliance fan, I like the fact that Janelle isn’t afraid to play hard. She proved with her nominations week 1 that she wanted the good players gone. I hope that she has enough influence over James to get him to nominate strong players. Man up James! Man up! |

 | Jack 7/21/06 11:08 am Hello Dana and Jun, my favorite NY ladies. Better to blog with you than to be on the block with you. Dana, you would have added sizzle to the BB7 house, complimenting Erika's studied detachment. Alas. Surveying the aftermath of the HOH won by James, surely he will not pull a Kaysar and nominate someone who isn't gunning for him. If James will take his eyes off George, who irritates him, and aim instead at the nearest water barrel, he will see Chill Town paddling in circles like toothless, gossiping ducks. Boogie and Will are as inept in competitions as...well...me. Will James pull the trigger and dine on ducks? Or does he prefer fried chicken? |

 | Dana 7/21/06 10:02 am
Well, I have to agree with you Ivette - I am happy to see James finally win an HOH. However - now was NOT the ideal time for him to do so. And I'm positive that he feels the same way. His reaction was evidence of that! Sometimes you win without even trying. LOL. He knows he was in a good place - with Kaysar and Janelle being the bigger targets in the BB6 alliance --- and Will and Boogie being the "other" big targets. Now he's going to have to put himself out there - and nominate 2 people. What will he do?!?!? I will take bets on this one - he will NOT nominate Will and Boogie - because James will not do Kaysar's dirty work (I hope).
And my friends - this is how and why Will, will make it very far in this game.
James should now make his own deal with Chilltown - and follow suit, by nominating a couple of "floaters" if you will. And seriously, let's face facts. For as much as I hate to admit it at times - they're all All Stars - and any of them are capable of winning if they make it to the end. But if I were James, I'd play it safe this week. What he can do to make everybody happy is put up the "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" alliance! Now that would show some nerve - and he'd be the 1st to actually pull people's cards - without upsetting the entire herd.
I can't wait to see how this all plays out! I hope James can maintain - and make the decision for himself this week. He's probably one of the smartest in there... |

JAMES FINALLY GETS HOH! i can't tell you how excited i am that he finally won! his only regret from last season was not winning the most important position in the house. its going to be interesting to see what happens. i must say that i am a little dissapointed that he is protecting howie. he knows better than anyone that howie sways to whoever has a better offer.
i must say that eviction night is really the only exciting show for me to watch. the house is laying low and thats not the point of the game. last time i checked, everyone was going to go "balls to the wall." what i still don't understand is why everyone loves to go after floaters in the beginning. if i were playing, i would keep the floaters for numbers and at the end of the game, you can beat them physically and mentally because they aren't prepared nor capable of such competition. why would you want to play against the strongest who could possibly take you out at the very end?
again...JUST MY OPINION! can't wait to see james' hoh room...hopefully its either chess themed or uptight with politics, lol! love my james! |
