WONDER TWIN POWERS UNITE
Erika and Janelle continue their talk outside as the boys work out nearby. "I am the deciding vote, and I have to decide who I am going to take to the Final Three with me," Janelle ponders, exhaling a plume of smoke from her ciggie. "You have to decide who the biggest liar is in this game," Erika reminds her. Janey thinks Boogie is the biggest liar, but Erika points out that both men have betrayed her. "I'm not going to let these boys run me out of here," Erika frowns, plotting her strategy to deal with her false-hearted fellow Boogie. "They think you and I are a joke," Erika laughs bitterly, realizing the truth of her own words as she takes another deep drag of her fag. "Will will tell you how smart you are, how beautiful you are," she counsels Janelle, but then reminds her he has been playing her from day one behind her back. "Would you like some wine?" Janelle smiles brightly, knowing they need to talk some more in private. Will is surreptitiously watching, and as the girls head inside with the bottle, he turns to Boogie, sensing something is up. "I'm going home," he predicts. "She's opening the wine." Boogie is venomous as he almost spits his reply, "This is our show, and these bitches think they are going to steal it from us?"
In the middle of the night, Janelle can't sleep and so heads outside for a ciggie. Erika joins her for some plain talk. "Why would you believe (Will)? I think they're a couple of liars." Janelle smiles softly, watching the smoke curl into the night air. "Did they tell you that you're in Chilltown?" she asks Erika, suddenly suspecting the boys' lies reached further than she thought. Erika looks stunned a moment, then screams, "Yes!" The gals start to compare notes as they realize to what extent they have been played. "I hate them," Janelle sighs, laughing at their gullibility. "I hate them too," Erika sighs, wondering, "Did they never think we would come together?" The pair laugh at their foolishness before Erika proposes a pact: "Let's get 'em." |
