DESCRIPTION: Lt Jonas Cobb is a highly trained individual with has a history of complex classified missions.
SUSPECT M.O.: Victims are all NAVY enlistees or former NAVY. Throats have been cut, victim is re-dressed, thoroughly cleaned and wrapped in plastic. No physical evidence is left behind but he does leave some kind of object.
LOCATIONS: The P2PKiller has targeted victims in port cities and bodies have been found in Sasebo, Quam, Rota and Washington, D.C.
