Culinary Captain
In the morning, Azmyth assumes the now vacant position in the galley and cooks breakfast for his crew. Once the breakfast is prepared, the triad eats below deck, where they feel confident about the next Expedition, despite the fact that the game changes rapidly. "We're halfway there right now," Jay observes. "I've got seven more Pirates to go through, then I'm the Pirate Master."
Celebrations and Surprises
Cameron Daddo calls the Pirates to the quarterdeck where Azmyth opens the next compartment of the Chest of Zanzibar. Cameron explains that this week's treasure was hidden by the ship's cook, who would organize feasts for the crew and seek out the best hideaways for celebrations. Cameron reveals a map to one of these hideaways and explains that the crew has good reason to celebrate since they are the final eight. As everyone cheers, Cameron says the treasure hunt will resume tomorrow so they have the night off to party.
Cameron and the final eight row out to the island and arrive at an old fort. Cameron explains that the game will get tougher since only a few Pirates remain. Ben and Jay are shocked when Cameron announces that the first major change is that the Captain will no longer have Officers. "The triad has been disbanded and I really can't say what's going to happen right now," Azmyth says. "As long as the Captain is not the one to be set adrift, then I'm in a great spot." Cameron tells the crew to have a good time when he says, "Eat like Captains, drink like Pirates."
A Feast Fit for a Pirate
That night, the crew heeds Cameron's advice when they enjoy a giant feast in the old fort. "It was an all-you-can-eat festival," Louie excitedly explains. While some Pirates pass out from too much food and others continue to enjoy a night of drunken frivolity, Ben gets wistful, when he says, "It was a good time for us because it was one last time we could unite as an eight person crew before everybody starts going behind each others' back and the games begin."
