Up on deck, Christa hands out the letters, which results in Kendra and Louie each receiving a Black Spot. Kendra realizes she'll have to argue her way out again. "I think I'd be a lot more worried if I just wasn't so used to it," she explains.
Louie realizes he's received four Black Spots while Kendra has received six. "I offered myself up there as a lamb and now that the Black Spot is here, it's a scary thing," Louie confesses. When Laurel sees Louie receive the Black Spot, she worries about her fellow shipmate. "The Captain might think she's putting Louie up there to have Kendra go," Laurel says. "But you never know what Ben and Jay are doing behind her back. I definitely think Louie's at risk tonight."
Time to Think Strategically
Kendra approaches Ben and tells him that she deserves to stay because she's smart with Expedition clues and she's a good person to compete against in the end. Ben tries to think strategically, but it's a hard choice between Kendra and Louie. "I might go for Kendra just cause it's the easier decision," he says. "But I really don't know because it might be the best strategy for me to get Louie gone now."
Louie turns to Jay before Pirates' Court and tells him he still trusts him, but Jay is still undecided. "Right now, I'm not sure who I'm cutting adrift tonight," Jay explains. "I got a weak person that's doing me no good, but I'd rather be up against in the end and then I've got a strong person who's kind of got my back, but I really don't want him around here at the end."
Pirates' Court: No One is Safe
At Pirates' Court, Captain Christa tells everyone that she marked Kendra again because she's still viewed as the weakest link and she says Louie was marked initially as a pawn, but now he may not be safe. When Cameron asks Louie about volunteering, Louie says, "I don't mind being on the Black Spot and being tested by the crew."
