I'd like to subtitle last nights episode: Night of The Hicks! We had good hicks, bad hicks, crazy hicks, every kind of hick hick. Bobby Jon, despite his craziness, seems to have a good heart. Granted, you don't want to "big boy" him or he may just bust a clay pot over your head. I'm mean, hell, he's not gonna pour himself on anyone, he'd just assume sleep under the trees with the howler monkeys. Bobby Jon, if I were a howler monkey I would want you sleeping under my tree.

Balancing out Bobby Jon on the one side we have Jamie who's pure evil with his big mouth and spiteful nature. If anyone on that show has any brains they'd bring that A-hole to the final two with them. But, we all know how it works out there in the jungle and common sense doesn't ever seem to be a big part of the game plan. On the other side of Bobby Jon we had Brandon who was nothing but a nice guy. We were all sad to see him go. He is a cool hick, who almost crapped his pants on national t.v.

Judd and Cindy jumped up a couple stairs in my house. I can’t believe that everyone didn’t participate in the immunity challenge. Shocking. The fact that Judd was upset at Jaime says a lot, because Judd is a jerk as well.

Rob, Coby, I'm back. I've been lurking for the past few weeks, reading the posts but not participating. As the only blogger who hasn't been on Survivor, I feel that my comments may not be as necessary as all yours. That said, I have had extensive experience with group dynamics in castaway situations, which is why I was invited to join this blog.

Katie, I'm with Coby: more, please. Your posts are fun to read.

And what would we do without Dr. Scout, the always-articulate and thorough analyst of each and every episode? Scout, I like how you "brand" each Survivor with nicknames and taglines.

Rob, congratulations on the release of your film. I wasn't near a TV the night it debuted on air, but will watch it as soon as I get the chance. I hear good things about it, though.

Coby, your heart is in every post you write, and I always look forward to reading them.

Kathy, Ian, Ethan, James, and yes, even Fairplay: Don't hold back. America wants to hear from you.

Jenna, I always enjoy your take on the episodes, and appreciate the chance to look at your little smiling photo every time you post.

Now, to the game. As usual, the players have been shrinking before our very eyes, and that feast looked epsecially enticing. It actually looked nutritious, rather than being heavy on sugar, snack chips or beer. But as Jenna points out, those who opted out of the first individual immunity challenge to chow down sent the message that they feel confident about staying in the game, at least for awhile. Displaying this attitude is not the best idea, especially from the perspective of those who participated in the challenge: yon Survivors have that lean and hungry look (cf Julius Caesar, Act 1, Scene II).

Like many of you, I'm fed up (yes, pun intended) with Jamie, who is increasingly difficult to watch. Don't get me wrong, I love a good villain. But at this point, Jamie is just mean, and way too mouthy. I guess most of his tribemates are over him as well. Think he'll be next to go?

Ok I think all the past survivors should ban together and offically never talk to Jamie, Steph, Rafe or Lydia. They all went down soooo many pegs in my book last night. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU EVER NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE IMMUNITY CHALLENGE!!! Even if you are in the majority you should always play like you still care about EVERYONE on the team. Its not like the challenge was so physical or you had to eat bugs! Jamie how many survivors can tell you, including me, that you can go from majority to minority in a second. If you ever need Bobby Jon, Danni or Gary do you think they would EVER help you now???

Also Rafe I thought you were such a smart player, why you?

I was just so shocked last night. And listen I love food, we all know the peanut butter chocolate thing, but I would of never just said "you know what Jeff I really dont even want to do the challenge at all because all these other suckers are getting voted off before me. So can you just give me my food now."

I think what makes it so appaling is that they just merged. You really dont know who is telling you the truth because the merge just began. I would expect people to get cocky later in the game not day 2 of the merge.

I really cant even talk about anything else because I was so shocked at the arrogance of these people! I will says congrats to BJ for getting to accomplish his lifelong dream of being on the jury. He has alot of work ahead of him to stay in this game but I am rooting for him.

Next week lets hope that one of those crocs gets a hold of Jamie, just kidding (kinda:)

Welcome back to Survivor Prozac Edition starring Guatemala!

See the merge with no party!!!

See scab ridden survivors as they sadly sad goodbye to the game because they can't find their 6 inches of hidden game in woods!

Watch and laugh as Jamie and Judd make fun of the outnumbered tribe as the try to go fishing before they vote them off.

Clap for Jamie as he tells the new tribe members they can sleep outside his tent for all he cares.

Cheer for Rafe is he pretends to have a soul but votes to leave the bullies on his side anyway!!!

Saddest Survivor season ever....but I am still loving it!!!

Bobby Jon- From your attitude stomping about Steph making you want to vomit to you not even being able to point your body in the same direction as Jamie at tribal council...you are making great TV my friend. So good to see you playing the game as well, trying your darnedest to get the others to turn on Jamie instead of Brandon. You really impressed me tonight.

Cindy- What is wrong with you girl? Your speech during tribal council should have woke you up. You are right nobody noticed or cheered you on during the challenge and they did Judd...way to settle for 6th girlfriend. Did that not ring any bells that you are on the outside of that team? You should have flipped and made a power move. 5 for 5 would have at least gotten you a chance at a higher spot.

Danni- What can I say? Everyone seems to love you. From Brandon telling you you are the sister he never had to Rafe loving you in the woods....everyone loves them some Danni. I just hope you can find the Immunity to save yourself...I think it is your only shot.

Gary- Still nothing. lol So weird I just get no vibes from you at all. I am starting to think there is something wrong with me lol But way to win Immunity my friend.

Jamie- You are a total and complete ass. Period. I am classless so don't worry, I will tell you from one southern boy to the other...ass...whole. You even made Jeff Probst shake his head in disgust.

Judd- Jamie stole your crown as Captain A but you gained a ton of my respect when you did the challenge. Still not sure why you did it though, unless like Jamie said you still feel 5th and want to make sure you stay in good with them.

Lydia- No surprise you took on the painting of the new flag. You are always so positive. I hope you prove me and everyone on your team wrong though because right now you are a pawn to be thrown away. I hope you use some of that Lydia magic to keep yourself from being discarded when the time comes.

Rafe- I love that you had a soul tonight and the game got to you. It is harder than you thought isn't it? But there is still something about you feeling bad about playing with evil...but you kept playing with it. So smart move in the game to get rid of Brandon but did it do your soul good? Maybe if it wins you a million dollars but if not I think you might need Ian's phone number when this is all done.

Steph- Miss Smirk-alot. You can't help it can you? Because you know right now that everything in this entire game just keeps playing your way. You can't hold the smile in that says, "Is this really happening? I am so gonna win this thing!"

Brandon- My god I loved you. I hate when all the people I like start to get picked off. You just went out the way you lived the game...zen. Wish I was half as calm as you. It was a pleasure watching you play the game.

Saints four! The Devil six! My favorite Farmer, bites the dust! I sure hated to see Brandon go tonight. I’d have much rather seen him “crap his pants”! I thought for sure he’d sniff out that little, bitty immunity idol. Something tells me that Bobby Jon just might get his hands on that thing. No! Maybe the Gods will favor Rafe, although I doubt it. We usually get what we expect, and Rafe is a self-professed “lousy hunter”. Anyone notice that as soon as he declared himself inept, the hornets jumped in to affirm his belief. Life is funny that way!
Tonight I agonized with Rafe’s walk with evil. I honestly thought he’d muscle up the backbone (or should I say “heart”) to do something about being “a member of the axis of Evil”. But, in the final vote, he’s still “sleepin’ with the Devil”. Cindy disappointed me too! With a true heart vote with Rafe and Cindy, both could have stayed in the numbers game and left “the devil” behind. Steph seems to be controlling the vote at this point. Without a miracle, Bobby Jon and Danni will be next.

About Bobby Jon,...the boy is still a boy with his mouth and ego,..but he’s a man when it comes to basic morality and hard, hard work. I love that about him. Unless he finds that immunity idol both he and Jamie have done some damage to themselves with their childish bickering. It sooooooooooooooooooo wears ya’ out to be around that stuff in camp. It’s bad enough to have to deal with it at work, but when you’re in each other’s face, 24/7, it’s a killer. It takes ya’ way, way down! With the numbers being six against three now, it’s possible that Jamie will get the boot next week. That would still leave five to three. He might be a cutie, and a hottie, but no amount of good looks can compensate for a mouth like his. The good news is that he took some of the heat off Judd’s usual mouthing off. Gotta’ give it to Bobby Jon for going to Steph and begging for his life on the jury. That was tough to do since “she pukes him out”. I noticed that he hugged her without hurling! Tonight I grew to really like Danni even more. She is emerging as a strong player and a person with some real depth. Ya’ gotta’ love a woman who “complains about people who complain all the time”! By the way, Danni, did you think we didn’t know what SOL means? I’m also really liking Gary. Perhaps he and Danni have agreed to lay low on the Pro quarterback thing, and Amy’s not around to blab. Without the basic truth of his basic lie,...he actually has lots of integrity. He played his best hand with Rafe, but the Devil won. Gary is starting to look more and more like Tom from Palau. What do you think, Coby?

Love the new red buffs and the new tribe name: XHAKUM! If the new flag and name is anything like ours in Vanuatu, it doesn’t mean a damn thing! The tribal lines stay pretty deeply etched in one’s experience. First impressions and imprinting are so lasting.

Love the itsey, bitsey, teeny, weenie immunity idol in the tree. That is going to put a brand new twist in Survivor. Can’t wait to see the shuffling at Tribal when the little thing makes it’s debut! There will be no time to consult with each other about the vote. Everything will go to hell in a hand basket and we get to sit back and watch everyone squirm. Very cool! I’m gonna’ miss you, Brandon! You are the “real deal” and I have an eternity of respect for that. As for you, Rafe and Cindy. Walk your talk! Bobby Jon and Jamie,... hush!”
