Hey All, I think last night's episode can be summed up in three simple words:Cindy, you idiot!

How could you keep the car!?!? First of all, we have the curse, and we all know those can do some serious and long-term damage (Red Sox + Cubs fans, I'm looking at you). But curses aside, how about some common sense? If you give the other four people cars and you get to the final two, three of those people are going to be on the jury. When it comes time to the final statements you just say, "Hey, I gave you a car. Thanks for voting me to win the million." Cindy said that nothing in that game was gauranteed. Well, that may be true, but it would make it a lot harder for the other four people to vote you out at tribal council if you'd just given them each a car. Earlier that day!

AND, if you're going to be an idiot and keep the car, don't be a supreme idiot and go on and on about how awesome the car is. To the people you just denied a car to!! I'm still just in awe at how she could have kept the car. HOW!?!!? WHY?!!?! WHO!?!?

Steph won the immunity challenge securing her place in the final four. And, in the most shocking survivor moment ever, Cindy was voted out at tribal council. No one saw that coming. Except for, maybe, the four people she didn't give a car to.

Just a note to all you Steph fans. I'm a coach, so I expect more from an athlete than just physical prowess. It continues to be my hope that Steph matures into a Fav based on Positive Attitude and Prowess, versus Pity and Prowess. It makes all the difference in the world to Teaming and winning.

Thank God for TiVo! Was that "Martyr" that Steph called Rafe? Oh my! Get the dictionary, Steph: Martyr = "One who suffers great pain or misery for a long time; One who suffers and dies for their principles". Rafe wanted to give cars away, for God's sake! Try "mature" = full grown. Ripe. Fully developed. Perfected". That's closer to Rafe. Oh, you might also want to check out "Maudin" = "Often represented as weeping; foolishly, often tearfully sentimental". Hmmmm. Who might that fit?

THE CURSE OF THE CAR reigns supreme in Survivor! First of all, superstitious or not, the karma of the car is real. When a certain energy follows a line of thought, and 30 million people, plus every single crew member of Survivor is holding a thought about the “Curse”, it’s bound to manifest! That’s a basic law of physic’s. I’m with Rafe and Danni all the way with this one. Give the durn cars away and hope for a chance to make it to the final four. In the final four she just might make enough money to buy a couple of cars! That was a really short-sighted choice for Cindy. Surely she knew that “being out of the loop twice in a row” was a pretty good sign that she was next. Winning rewards at this point of the game isn’t really winning at all. The really scary thing is leaving those three other people back at camp strategizing. Oh Baby! Which brings up the next truth.

Stephanie was on the chopping block if she wouldn’t have won. This win for Stephanie was vital for her to make it as far as she is going to make it. I predict that Rafe will win the next immunity, and he’ll keep his promise to Danni and his affection for Lydia. Stephanie is on her way out.

I really love Rafe. He’s had this game in his pocket for a while. Ya’ gotta’ love his “power of persuasion” over Stephanie. Stephanie still thinks she’s in charge, thinking of Rafe as her home boy and calling him “a smart kid”. He’s a lot more than a smart “kid”. He’s a brilliant man with deep and abiding integrity, leadership skills, almost pastoral “lightness”, playfulness, creativity, loyalty in friendship, and amazing physical skills. I’m still calling him out to win this one. Those “true friendships” he has with everyone will grant him the jury vote over any of the other final four. Rafe will probably win the next immunity. Danni, Rafe, and Lydia will vote Stephanie out. Rafe will probably also win the last immunity. He’ll keep his word to Danni, although he would have a much better chance with Lydia. Should Danni win the last immunity, she’ll keep her word to Rafe, although it would cost her the game. She could beat Lydia, but she also has a deep integrity and would honor her word to Rafe.

Stephanie and Cindy both would have kept the car. So would Lydia, but for different reasons. Lydia would have kept it to give to her son. Stephanie is a great physical competitor. She and Cindy are arguably the best female physical competitors in Survivor history. However this game is about sooooooooooo much more than being a good physical player. As for Stephanie, playing “poor me, ain’t it awful!” doesn’t cut the mustard in this game. Crying when you win and crying when you lose, and crying when you even imagine winning or losing, doesn’t win friends and influence people.

Cindy sorely lacks observation skills and pure ole’ common sense. It is always a good idea to return home from a reward challenge and “down play” the pleasure! OMG!!!! Cindy! Who were kidding about everyone thinking you made the right decision? Duh! Right or wrong, it was your decision. Make it. Own it. And shut the “fock” up! (That word’s OK since “Meet The Fockers” isn’t it?)

Tonight I found myself missing Brandon, Brian, and Margaret. I’m looking forward to seeing you all out there in LA this weekend. It’s your big night and we’ll be there to cheer you on. I’m also remembering Rafe’s classic statement earlier in the game. “Could it be that I’m part of the Axis of Evil?” If he was, he’s redeemed himself many times over. I’m so looking forward to seeing Rafe win this game. I love when the good guys win! A mystery still exist for me. How did Steph get that big, fat swollen eye? Maybe from crying her self to sleep?

Enjoy your wheels, Cindy! And remember “The Curse”! Dum, DaDumDa,... Dumb!

P.S. Did everyone hear the announcement on Entertainment Tonight, tonight? Stop the rumors that Jeff is leaving. He says he'll be around for at least two more seasons. That's a great big fat YIPPEE!
