1. Acceptance of Official Rules. By entering the Built Ford Tough Survivor Fiji Tournament Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") operated on the cbs.com Web site accessible at the domain "cbs.com" (the "cbs.com Service"), you hereby accept and agree to these official rules (the "Official Rules") of this Sweepstakes, and the decisions of the Administrator in connection with this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final.
2. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is offered and open to persons who are: (a) Registered Users, for purposes of these Official Rules, "Registered User(s)" means a person that has successfully completed the registration form and has obtained a User Identification ("ID") and associated password ("Password")on one or more of the following Websites: cbs.com, CBSnews.com, CBS SportsLine.com, UPN.com, NFL.com, SuperBowl.com, pgatour.com and/or ETonline.com; (b) legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia; and (c) at least 18 (or age of majority if greater than 18) or older and have a valid Driver's license at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.
Employees, officers, directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sweepstakes Entities, their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, legal and financial advisors and any and all other companies associated with this Sweepstakes, as well as retirees of Ford Motor Company, are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. For purpose of the foregoing "immediate family" means parents, spouses, children, siblings or any members of the same households of such employees and directors. This Sweepstakes is void outside of the U.S., in Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins January 25, 2007 at 3:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends at 2:59:59 AM ET on May 5, 2007 (the "Promotion Period").
4. Entry: To enter this Sweepstakes go to http://www.cbs.com/ford and follow the instructions to complete the Sweepstakes entry form, including, without limitation, submitting your ID and Password and hit submit and you will receive an entry into this Sweepstakes. If you are not a Registered User you may become a Registered User and obtain an ID and Password by completing the registration form on http://www.cbs.com/ford. There is no fee or charge to become a Registered User. During the Promotion Period a registered player can enter his/her id and receive one (1) sweepstakes entry. BONUS ENTRY: Click on the "GET AN EXTRA ENTRY LINK on the thank you page and you will earn one (1) bonus entry. Maximum two (2) entries, per person per week (each a "Weekly Entry Period") as set forth in the following schedule.

5. Grand Prize: The Grand Prize (the "Grand Prize") in this Sweepstakes consists of a 2008 Ford Super Duty Approximate Retail Value of Truck Fifty Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($50,780) and a trip for two (2) to a destination city in the continental United States to attend the broadcast of the Survivor: Fiji series finale tentatively schedule to take place in May 2007 (the "Survivor: Fiji Finale"), and a 2008 Super Duty Truck. The trip includes Roundtrip coach class airfare to and from major airport closest to winner's home; Three (3) nights hotel accommodations (Based on Double Occupancy) Two (2) Admissions to the Survivor: Fiji Finale and $500 spending cash. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Trip Prize: Four Thousand Dollars ($4000).
ARV of Grand Prize: Fifty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars ($54,780)
6. Prize Drawing/Winner Notification/Odds: One (1) Grand Prize winner (the "Potential Winner" and/or the "Grand Prize Winner") will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received on or around 5/5/07 by Administrator whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible qualifying entries. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email and/or by phone. If potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during (2) business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate Grand Prize Winner selected in accordance with these Official Rules. The Administrator has contracted with Marden-Kane Inc., a Marketing services organization, which will be responsible for the fulfillment of the Grand Prize Winner. If potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during two (2) business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate Grand Prize Winner selected in accordance with these Official Rules. Administrator decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential Winner is subject to verification of eligibility and rules compliance. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Certain Prize Restrictions. TRIP PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure and dates of travel. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If Grand Prize Winner resides within a 100 mile radius of the city in which the Survivor: Fiji Finale will be held, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in Grand Prize value. Grand Prize Winner and guest will be required to travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Grand Prize Winner must be available to travel on dates specified by Administrator or, at Administrator's discretion, Grand Prize may be forfeited and awarded to the runner-up or alternate winner (as applicable). Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator's agent on a carrier of Administrator's choice. Guest of Grand Prize Winner must have reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence and will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity (unless prohibited by law) release prior to ticketing. Should the admission to the broadcast of the Survivor: Fiji Finale (the " Admissions") portion of the Grand Prize be canceled, postponed or in any way abbreviated, Administrator shall have no further obligation to the Grand Prize Winner other than to supply the trip as described, minus the Admissions. Admissions are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seat locations (if applicable) will be determined by Administrator. Administrator, and/or any other relevant party, reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the show. Meals, ground transportation, gratuities and all other costs and expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. All Grand Prize details are at the sole discretion of the Administrator. Host Vehicle Prize Restrictions: Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for registration, title and license fees, insurance, and all other costs, expenses, and applicable laws associated with vehicle registration and all associated laws herewith. Grand Prize Winner must have a valid driver's license and meet eligibility requirements in these Official Rules with the exception of being a Registered User. Grand Prize Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the actual value of his/her Prize. Grand Prize Winner must pick up his/her vehicle at the Ford dealership nearest his/her residence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Once Grand Prize Winner has been notified that vehicle is at the Ford dealership, he or she must pick up vehicle within thirty (30) days of date of such notification. Sponsor reserves the right to extend the delivery date of vehicle by up to six (6) months from the date of notification to the Grand Prize Winner. Vehicle will only be released upon proof of valid driver's license currently in force and satisfactory proof of insurance. Prize is nontransferable. All income and other taxes are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Ford reserves the right to change product specifications at any time without incurring any obligations. No assignment, transfer, conversion to cash or cash redemption or substitution of the Grand Prize is permitted, except Administrator reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value should the Grand Prize become unavailable. Grand Prize winner is not eligible for any cash back or rebate which may be available on the vehicle at time of delivery. Grand Prize is solely for Grand Prize Winner's use and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. All other costs and expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities.
8. Prize Taxes. All federal, state or other tax liabilities arising from this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the Grand Prize, will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.
9. Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and Publicity Release. Potential Winner will be required to sign and properly execute the following documents and return them via facsimile within 12 hours of receipt (and subsequently by mail) to Administrator: (1) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Waiver; (2) where lawful, a consent to publicity. If any documents sent to a Potential Winner by any means are returned as undeliverable or if a Potential Winner fails to properly execute and return all documents described herein in the time noted, or if Potential Winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules the Weekly Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected and contacted in accordance with these Official Rules. In the event that the Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner even if the disqualified Potential Winner's name may have been shown/announced on air.
Travel Companion Liability Release and Travel Companion Publicity Release. If the Grand Prize consists of a trip with one (1) or more travel companions, each travel companion must complete, execute and return a Travel Companion Liability Release (collectively, the "Travel Companion Release Forms") prior to issuance of travel documents. Failure to return Travel Companion Release Forms timely may prevent one (1) or more of the travel companions, as applicable, from participating in the trip.
10. Publicity Release Terms. Except where prohibited by law, the Grand Prize Winner's acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use Grand Prize Winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
11. Improper Conduct. Administrator, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participation in the use of any or all portions of this Sweepstakes, and refuse to award the Grand Prize, if entrant engages in any conduct Administrator deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Sweepstakes or detrimental to other entrants of the Sweepstakes. Such improper conduct, includes, without limitation, falsifying personal information required during entrant registration or Grand Prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating entries through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating entries, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs in connection with this Sweepstakes. Entrants agree that Administrator may void any part of any Grand Prize that entrant may have won and/or require the return of any part of the Grand Prize that entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Entrant further acknowledges that any forfeiture of any part of the Grand Prize and/or return of any Grand Prize shall in no way prevent Administrator from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Integrity of Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Administrator, in the sole opinion of Administrator, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and select the Grand Prize Winner from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Administrator may deem fair and appropriate.
13. Lost or Corrupted Entries. The Sweepstakes Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail if applicable; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. The Sweepstakes Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by end users of the CBS Service, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes.
14. Damaged Property. Sweepstakes Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from this Sweepstakes.
15. Sweepstakes Errors. The Sweepstakes Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, errors and/or ambiguity: (a) in the Sweepstakes; (b) in any related advertising or promotions of this Sweepstakes; and/or (c) in these Official Rules. In the event of any ambiguity(s) or error(s) in these Official Rules, Administrator reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to correct any such error(s) without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.
16. Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, the selection and announcement of the Grand Prize Winner, or the distribution of the Grand Prize, the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any part of the Grand Prize and/or any injury or damage to entrant's or third person's property related to or resulting from any part of the Grand Prize or any part of this Sweepstakes.
17. Release and Indemnity. Each entrant in this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the Grand Prize Winner, hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Grand Prize, participation in this Sweepstakes and participation in any activity related to this Sweepstakes.
18. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DEALERS, RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE SWEEPSTAKES & GRAND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FORD NEW VEHICLE LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
20. Identity Disputes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Sweepstakes is governed by US law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Administrator in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof shall take place in the State of New York, in the City of New York, County of New York.
