cestlavie: Frank, why do you not socialize?
Frank Garrison: I felt I did socialize; they just didn't show that much of it.
kt22: Frank, what was your strategy going into the game, and what did you do differently?
Frank Garrison: My strategy was simply to be myself, to be a leader, to be a provider. The only strategy that I detoured from was possibly the attitude later to the Boran members.
sunset_bb: Frank, why didn't you like Brandon? Rumors have it that you couldn't stand him being openly gay?
Frank Garrison: Those rumors are untrue. This is America. Brandon can be what he wants to be and I still coexisted with Brandon, as evinced by the movie showing and the competition.
GOTTOLOVEBIGTOM: Frank, at first I didn't care for you, and thought you were to bossy. But I grew to like you. Do you keep in contact with any of the Survivors? What was the hardest thing you had to do to get chosen for Survivor? Frank Garrison: Yes, I keep in contact with all the other fifteen contestants. The hardest thing about preparing for SURVIVOR was leaving my family.
MinxCat: Where you a fan of the first two Survivors?
Frank Garrison: Absolutely.
Murtz: Why did you vote for Kim Johnson? Was it a strategic vote to help Teresa, or did you not like Kim J in general?
Frank Garrison: Mostly it was strategic, to help Theresa along, and I also felt in my opinion she would be the one who would need it the least.
MikeAllbright: Frank, I thought you played great in the challenges. What was your favorite/least favorite challenge?
Frank Garrison: I think my favorite challenge was shooting the bows and arrows, and my least favorite was probably the memory game.
zumzumhouston: You seemed pleased with the tribal switch. Do you think you could have made an alliance to take you to the final two if you'd started out in Boran? Who with?
Frank Garrison: Absolutely, had I started out with Boran; I think if Tom or Ethan or myself had paired up...
frankfan05: Who was your biggest threat?
Frank Garrison: My biggest threat on SURVIVOR AFRICA had to be Lex. Going into that merge with the minority, Lex is obviously the leader of Boran, and the rest of the members were receptive to him.
